Very comfortable 2 x queen size beds so great night's sleep. Delicious food in Chop and the bar. Helpful front desk manager sorting out our booking from 6 nights to two sets of 2 nights

A difficult check in with a staff member when we returned for our second set of 2 day stay. She appeared not to be able to see that we'd already settled our first account. At first she refused the same credit card we had made the reservation with and paid with due to the difference in names. In UK bank accounts can have any name, e.g. a business. She seemed to become quite frustrated with us. I offered to show her the account and previous invoice receipt. She then said her attitude wasn't personal. Eventually we were checked in and again had a lovely comfortable room.

The front desk manager and staff were great. I had been told when I called the hotel that there was not a business center for my husband to work in, which was a bit upsetting as we had booked the hotel specifically because it has this amenity. While checking in, we were told that there actually was a place my husband could work, and that center was well maintained, quiet, and great for his needs. Will stay here again

Initially was upset about the discrepancy between the online information and what was actually available, but the front desk manager not only cleared it up but changed our negative into a positive. You have created repeat visitors!

I requested an early check in time and the staff easily made that happen. The staff was very nice, friendly, professional, welcoming. The staff gave a small toy to my child which was very thoughtful. The building and room was very clean and well taken care of. I felt safe during my stay which a high priority for me while being with my child. We didn’t check out the pool but I’m sure we will next time we come in the future. Parking was really good no issues with parking. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back in the future!

The only think I can think of is maybe having a small breakfast available. But that’s not a huge concern.

Coffee was available in the lobby but we did not have any on this trip. Location was excellent and easy to find. Area is close to many places to eat, drink, gas bars, etc. The grass, streets, sidewalks and flowers were all very well kept. Elevators worked very well. Would be nice to have bottled water at the desk upon check in to add to the ice water cooler available at the coffee counter.

No negatives

The staff was very friendly at the front counter and even joked around with us a bit. Was nicer than the usual unemotional interaction, it made us feel welcome. We received a call to the room after check in to ask if we needed anything else to the room. It was very nice to have that extra service. For breakfast, the staff at Denny's was very friendly and the service was great.

There wasn't anything we didn't like to be honest. This will be my usual stay in Edmonton going forward.

It was attached to two restaurants; had a pool and fitness centre so access to amenities, the hotel itself felt very comforting as there were families all over and friendly staff! The rooms were good presenting and overall very clean!

I thought the property was lovely, just the surrounding area was a bit “industrial” but obviously nobody’s fault! They had a bit of rolled carpet/flooring by the elevator that was a little unkept looking but honestly didn’t care too much; everything else other than those two bits, which are honestly not big deals at all

Close to road junctions and to drive to restaurants and supermarket. Pool and fitness room and adjoining restaurants. Large comfy beds, microwave and fridge and good bathroom.

Disgusting milk substitute in room which made everything undrinkable! Nowhere you could walk except alongside traffic.

Staff both night and day shift are super polite and helpful! Had to make a quick change to my booking and they handled it quickly with a smile ! Had the kind room suite with the jacuzzi . Bed and couch super comfortable. Thank you to all the staff here ! Will stay again and reccomend to friends .

Only change I would make is the pool open an hour or so earlier . But overall very happy with my stay

The hotel was easy to find, having access to from either side was great and the beds were very comfortable.

I did mention to clerk at the desk that the fans in the bathroom need some attending to because of how bad the condensation from the showers were. It made the rooms air, bed sheets and even clothing quite moist. It made airing out my hockey gear very difficult.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning at Dennys and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The Chops Bar was a relaxing space to kill good time and chug a few good drinks to enhance pleasure to my stay.
