Comfortable room with all the amenities. Exactly what I needed. (And I like that the desk does not have a mirror in front of it. I don't like sitting there looking at myself. LOL.)

The drapes let a lot of light in around the edges where the come up to the walls. You need to put in some velcro or some way to attach them right to the wall so the light doesn't leak around the edges. I had to jimmy rig things with the ironing board and the tall lamp to push the drapes against the wall and keep the light out.

Great location for our needs. Breakfast was delicious and you had an option of a quick breakfast, muffins, bagels etc or a sit down hot breakfast. Room was clean and well appointed. Check in was quick, courteous and friendly and I loved the smell of the lobby. Not sure what scent they use but it was fabulous.

Hockey tournament while we were there. A little loud but really not that bad. Nothing we haven't experienced before.

We were there for a work conference, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good. The breakfast was very nice, probably one of the best lobster Benedicts I’ve ever had.  We had to take a Lyft to go downtown and to the larger mall as it was not walking distance, but for our purposes, the location was OK .

It was a good stay  Probably not the best hotel if I were a tourist looking to be in the in the heart of everything 

Beds were comfy and the room stayed adequately cool despite not having working air conditioning. The staff stocked the fridge with some complimentary beverages.

Location was far from most things we were interested in seeing, did not feel that the price reflected the age of the property. It felt dated.

I’ve stayed here many, many times and really like the central location. The restaurant staff at breakfast are always exceptionally friendly and efficient.

The front desk clerk was most unfriendly at check in, which is not what I expect at a Delta hotel.

Clean, comfortable

Staff didn’t write my name down correctly and charged me a pet fee but forgot to have me sign the pet waiver form which caused confusion for the staff when I was checking out.

Cute room and fantastic food. Also outstanding service in all areas: front desk, restaurant and room service.

Small thing, but the plug in at the headboard didn't work, so difficult to charge phone while using it at night.

Was informed a day prior to check in that my room had been overbooked and was told I was being moved to a subpar hotel. Staff not overly helpful with the situation and I had to ask several times to make sure my credit card was only charged once, since I had paid a month in advance and charged again once I got there. After a cancelation I was finally able to get a room I booked over a month in advance.

The water jugs in lobby with lemon etc. - I wish they were located on each floor! Breakfast was amazing

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the lounge and the service and food were great.

The bathroom lighting was rather dim.
