Early check in, arranged in advance, was very helpful and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Despite being so close to the airport we heard only ONE plane, which was excellent.

I understand there is construction and bare fields in the area, but the windows needed a wash. To no fault of the hotel, some members of the women's hockey team staying the night of Oct 13th could use a little polish on their behavior in public areas That's for coaches, parents and managers (Kelowna) to help educate their kids. This is a hotel with real humans in it, not someone's basement or the rink.

We really appreciated the complimentary bag breakfast we could take with us because our flight left so early. It was very clean and the staff very pleasant and attentive. Free parking while you are at the hotel and the option to pay for parking while you are away. If you choose an alternative park and fly they have a pick up shuttle from parking to the hotel then to the airport in the morning. Jetset offered more reasonable parking rates. We liked the location being so close to Costco and the airport. We thought it would be noisy but because of the white noise of the fans we never even heard a plane. We were very impressed and will return.

Was given a ground floor room 101, without prior notification...receptionist noticed my struggle to walking (I developed sciatica; this happened during my long flights to Edmonton) during my wife and I, as we are checking in for the night.....that was unexpected and so considerate of the receptionist. I'm so grateful; Thank you. It meant a lot to me....

I loved my stay on April 15,2025; If breakfast time be extended to 10am to cater for such a customer in an unexpected situation, that needed some extra time to be ready for breakfast.

We had a super early flight and had to leave the hotel at 530am... They offered a wake-up call, booked us a Shuttle, and even packed up a complimentary breakfast for us (even though the breakfast wasn't served till 6am!) ... They even went out of their way to accommodate my silly little prank on my Hubby ❤️ We had a great stay! This Hotel will definitely be our first choice next time we're in the area!

This was a late overnight stay, next morning on to Jasper. Family of 4. Buffet breakfast a requirement, 3 beds requirement (adult children will not sleep with us), near Airport, near COSTCO for morning purchases for vacation. This was a "crash" stop to begin our vacation. All needs met. Did not go into Edmonton. Free parking. Late arrival. Everything just right. Room very comfortable. No complaints. Would do this again. Important thing is buffet breakfast. Did not have to go out, saves a lot of time, and the food was good.

Great location next to the Airport with free shuttle bus, Pool and Gym. Complimentary breakfast was basic but fresh. The hotel is opposite Outlet Mall and worth visiting. Room and bathroom are spacious ,clean and peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

I love Marriott for their modern and clean hotels. I know I’ll have a good nights sleep as the beds are comfortable and clean. The gym had everything you need and the breakfast is included and had lots of choices.

I had called ahead to check about parking a truck with a boat attached, I was assured there would be parking for me and there was not proper trailer parking. I would stay here again but never if I have a trailer again. I was able to park but it was a very high degree of difficulty that I was trying to avoid and could’ve caused me to not be able to stay there if it was any busier.

Airport Shuttle unreliable - Oct 31 - 6:05 shuttle had not appeared by 6:15 - so had to take taxi! This cannot happen with flight commitments. Also - thermostats do not seem to be as good as necessary. Difficult to find settings, not in centigrade & fan comes on/off continuously - blasting cold air in major burst the completely shut off - the blasting cold air - assume it has to to keep temperature even? Very loud & does not allow comfortable sleep.

Excellent room with good lighting, nice size TV and very comfortable bed. Nice layout with lots of storage for coats and clothes. The bathroom had a large step-in shower and had a evening night-light option.

Air conditioning was noisy. It cycled all night which was disturbing to my sleep. It cycled approximately 3 min off and 10 minutes on. The constant on-off woke me up a few times during the night.

The hotel was ok. The lobby is pretty good it’s clean and it’s relaxing to watch. The first room they put as in was not pleasing, the washroom was stinky I ask for them to refresh which they did but eventually the smell didn’t go away and I found out it was the drain pipes underneath the sink,it is broken which cause the bad smell. So they move us to another room which is pretty fair and from there our stay went well. Pool is just a fair size the hot tub is relaxing. The breakfast is simple nothing special.
