1) Friendly and respectful staff. They met my needs. 2) Great pool and hot tub 3) Great breakfast. appreciated the sausage, egg, English muffin, chocolate milk, waffles, and juice. 4) Great workout room. 5) Great restaurant food and service 6) Good parking 7) Great walk-in shower and great shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The Wife has sensitive skin but it was great with this. It actually got her hair better 8) Spacious bedroom

1) For some people the bed may be too soft, but I was ok. 2) Trouble connecting to Wifi unless you want to make a whole account.

Early check in, arranged in advance, was very helpful and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Despite being so close to the airport we heard only ONE plane, which was excellent.

I understand there is construction and bare fields in the area, but the windows needed a wash. To no fault of the hotel, some members of the women's hockey team staying the night of Oct 13th could use a little polish on their behavior in public areas That's for coaches, parents and managers (Kelowna) to help educate their kids. This is a hotel with real humans in it, not someone's basement or the rink.

We really appreciated the complimentary bag breakfast we could take with us because our flight left so early. It was very clean and the staff very pleasant and attentive. Free parking while you are at the hotel and the option to pay for parking while you are away. If you choose an alternative park and fly they have a pick up shuttle from parking to the hotel then to the airport in the morning. Jetset offered more reasonable parking rates. We liked the location being so close to Costco and the airport. We thought it would be noisy but because of the white noise of the fans we never even heard a plane. We were very impressed and will return.

Was given a ground floor room 101, without prior notification...receptionist noticed my struggle to walking (I developed sciatica; this happened during my long flights to Edmonton) during my wife and I, as we are checking in for the night.....that was unexpected and so considerate of the receptionist. I'm so grateful; Thank you. It meant a lot to me....

I loved my stay on April 15,2025; If breakfast time be extended to 10am to cater for such a customer in an unexpected situation, that needed some extra time to be ready for breakfast.

It was a very welcoming hotel, 3 minutes from the airport, and was a savior when the flight was canceled. It was easy to book through the Booking.com site, and was available immediately. The airport shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful and an easy process. The room itself was clean, and perfect for the night. The flight the next day was too early to take advantage of the free breakfast but this feature was appreciated. We would stay again.

Nothing, really, it was great

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect for a 1 night stay near the airport.

Clearer instructions on how to get the free shuttle from the airport would have been useful (e.g. providing info on what types/'brands' of buses provide service to the hotel). Breakfast was only until 9am which was a bit early when we arrived last thing at night (but would be fine for those with early flights). The room itself was excellent.

Large room with comfortable bed and nice large bathroom . The towels and linens were nice. This hotel is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Also enjoyed playing cards with friends in the lobby during the evening and having the bar open for cocktails was a nice feature. Additionally, I left my cellphone in the room when we checked out and an employee personally delivered it to the airport prior to our international flight back home. I am forever thankful.

We didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it was comfortable. It was quiet, clean and what we needed in a hotel for our purposes of getting married. It was fairly affordable as well given that we were on a budget.

Overall, we had no complaints. I think the wheels on the carts could be greased up a bit more. Maybe even include breakfast on a room service menu. Of course, I'm just being picky because I didn't mind what they had.

The breakfast was all fast food and sugary breakfast cereal, 1 bowl of red Delicious apples and 1 bowl of oranges. Yes, there were packaged scrambled eggs and skinny bacon and god only knows what sausage paddies but really the hotel should work a little harder on the 'free' breakfast. I guess that's why it's free, it's easy.

Massive clean bed and shower

The one staff member up front took forever to book in each customer and was grumpy, and the second staff was helping 2 customersa at a time,( very friendly and quick) ...need more experienced staff that works quicker. Waiting time was long. Need more help to get luggage to room. I was alone and needed help with 3 big bags and nobody offered help. Hotel was other than that excellent
