This is the best place of our trip with 2 kids! We stayed in 3 other hotels and we know what to compare! 1) Very clean, modern, new facility. We appreciated a very spacious room with lots of things. With a standard refregirator, kitchenette facilities, a comfy TV zone with sofa and 2 spacious beds with lots of storage space - this was the most comfortable room of all rooms we experienced during our trip! 2) Gym and pool are clean, spacious, greatly maintained. Towels available, water, etc. 3) We loved that we could use quest laundry (2$ for a load and dryer) - so I washed and dryed all our clothes for 4$. 4) The breakfast was very good! It had lots of things to select for both kids and adults! Porridge and waffels, ready made muffins and sandwiches, eggs, fruits, yogurt and milk - etc. etc. Also, good coffee and tea available 24/7 at the reception.

We cannot even think of anything we did not like. We loved everything! I will always look for Home2 Suite by Hilton in any location I go and definately stay again when in Edmonton! It's a great value for money and very pleasant stay, especially with a family.

The breakfast was good. The choices were well done. It didn't have items like scrambled or fried eggs, but you could have cold hard boiled if you wanted. There wasn't any sausages, but you could have a pre-made breakfast sandwich microwaved quickly. There was fresh oatmeal, lots of toppings for that. You could get fresh waffles inside of two minutes. There were plenty of good, quick choices, and lots of comfortable seating to enjoy. And a 24 hour coffee/tea station!

Our only issue didn't really have anything to do with this property. We stayed there beacause a family member had a health appointment not far away. But when we tried to leave the area just after 8 am, there was traffic line-ups literally a half a kilometer long, or more! A 20 minute trip took nearly 50 minutes, so my advice is to plan really well for your exit.

Staff is great. Free coffee 24/7. Spacy rooms. TV have many channels. Easy to put in chromcast or andriod Stick, no password needed to connect, which is great if you have those. Location near Pearson St and all the shopping in South Common. Note to anyone not knowing where to stay in Edmonton: Stay at this hotel and choose south Edmonton, always.

The pillows not comfy, and I asked for extra pillows and all I got is used pillows from another room! Thats was a turn off really! Other than that, nearly flawless. Oh yes, breakfast is good but not like wow, just normal…. have the good and bad in it. The bad in breakfast is egg sandwiches are not made fresh, but you put them in the microwave to heat them. If they just let someone do the sandwiches fresh, can be best breakfast ever. 9 out of 10 and will stay there anytime I go Edmonton.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is quiet and safe. I moved from a hotel downtown to this one part way through my trip because I felt so unsafe downtown. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate always available. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I missed was having a bathtub instead of a shower. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Edmonton on business.

Bathtubs instead of showers. I can't think of anything else. Everything else was perfect.

The rooms are huge! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, appliances and dishes made our stay comfortable. Very modern and looked/felt clean. We were very happy and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast is very nice, and the pool/hot tub are clean and well maintained. No complaints about our stay.

The early check in and late check out (3pm and 12pm). Pleasantly surprised at how equipped the room was with the kitchenette, 2 beds, couch, curtain to separate the beds from the living space, closet, all the counter, cupboard and drawer space. Extremely clean, more than enough towels. The breakfast was a highlight. Best ‘Complimentary Breakfast’ I’ve had in years. It really added major value to our stay at this hotel for our family of 4. Hours for the pool, hot tub and gym were 5am to 12am. And the gym was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly which was so lovely. Overall great stay.

I am in the beauty industry so although I always have all my toiletries with me I do enjoy being pleasantly surprised when a niche or up and coming Brand is supplied in a hotel. This place still had what you needed from a trusted Brand though! For this particular stay be enjoyed the location for what we needed, however it is definitely the very south end of the city.

The gym had good equipment and in good condition and the lobby with relatively cozy. Rooms are like studio's quite large and clean.

The breakfast was ok with a relatively good selection, it was missing a bit more variety of fruits and cereals. The fruit juice machine was most likely not in order as my mixe juice was more like water than anything else

Great service from all staff clean facilities pet-friendly variety of food for breakfast long hours that pool and gym are available 24/7 access to beverages comfy, clean and spacious rooms lots of spaces to either gather or be away from crowds at the lobby

It's not the hotel's issue. I think this is more a guest issue: teenagers and children were playing with the elevator buttons, making the elevators stop at floors where no one was going to hop on, to the point that one elevator became out of order. I suggest there be a sign by each elevator entrance to press the button only when necessary or else [consequence], explaining as well that there is surveillance at the elevator.

we had a dog so it was nice to have space and trails to take her for a walk. in town for an appointment which was 500 yards away. larger rooms than we were used to, additional kitchen features were nice, as was having the couch area.

not a big deal at all, but there were limited options in the continental breakfast for my travel companion who is vegan. while they had quite the selection for me, the breakfast area was so busy that we opted to order breakfast in via delivery (it’s just easier with the whole vegan thing) I did manage to snag some juice and a few breakfast sandwiches to bring back to my room and microwave which were tasty, but as I said, it was so busy throughout breakfast time that it was hard to get in there and prepare something like waffles or cereal. the staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked and running. like I said less an issue with the property/staff and more an issue with other travelers not sharing the space with others. you guys did great!

We always love staying here. Great place for us to spend our wedding night and day after. The room was large and comfortable

We had our uncle check us in and they were told we didn't have a reservation. We booked this months ago and my uncle had to ask for a manager to get us our room. They seemed a little un organized. Not something we wanted to deal with on our wedding day
