We booked the cheapest hotel that was still in a good, safe location and did not expect it to be as wonderful as it was! Location was great, surrounded by so many places to eat and close enough to all the things we wanted to do it wasn’t too far of a drive every day. The room exceeded our expectations, huge and comfy. Underground parking with an elevator to take you straight up to your floor was so convenient.

The only issue was an electrical problem halfway through our stay set off the fire alarms in the middle of the night. The fire department and an electrition got us back in our rooms within two hours but for the last 2 days we had no tv and no elevator which was not ideal being on the fourth floor and having two young children in tow. This was completely out of the staffs control and they compensated us accordingly.

It’s a cute hotel. The lobby area is actually really nice. We spent some Time just hanging out in the evening because it was a pleasant facility. Patio off the room is a great feature. The rooms overlooking the atrium also seem cool. It’s kind of a fun hotel to explore. They got a weird little basement with a massive gym with a running track and a pool.

The elevator wasn’t working at the time. But I feel the rate reflected that. The gym and pool area could be amazing. But the area feels a little neglected. And honestly a little creepy. I wouldn’t want to be ah going out there alone as a lady or young child. Hot tub and sauna didn’t get hot. But the potential is there. It could be a pretty impressive facility with a little TLC. Otherwise they have everything you need to get the job done though.

Clean, handicap room nice and large. Security guard extremely helpful. Found a parking spot for us. Carried my suitcase up to the room. Snacks are very expensive. Washroom has big handles beside toilet and in tub for safety.

Restaurant isn’t open Sunday afternoon for lunch or dinner. Pool no access for wheelchair, but gentleman staff lifted chair down to pool area and back up. Staff in lounge/ restraunt area slow in service but quick with people who came after us. Received bill before the food. Had to remind staff about our beverages. 1/2 way through meal served coffee and tea. Luke warm. Menu said pineapple juice but don’t stock it. Had to get my own apple juice. Asked for hard cooked eggs but were runny. Have to have a big light on in order to watch tv.

the hotel is maintained perfectly, cleaners do a beautiful job and staff is very professionally. they were very eager to give us help and direction as were foreign visitors. staff professional and friendly

i didn't like their breakfast. they should add tomatoes, beans and mushroom as extras . the bacon one of the days was cooked very hard really didn't enjoy it

Stayed in the King Suite with Jetted Tub. Room was clean, had a little balcony overlooking the main area w/ optional blinds (the main area had some construction tape up in some areas but there was no distribution during our stay), room was quite roomy with a couch, 2 tvs (1 in bedroom and one in the living room area), a nice kitchen table which we used for some boardgames, and the jetted tub was great. Did not use the Fitness Center or Pool but both looked quite impressive.

I love the whole vibe of this hotel. The atrium. The piano playing. The pool in the basement. It’s all so cool. The rooms are nice. I make sure to book a city view not an indoor balcony. Nice stay for the price.

The housekeeping crew was extremely noisy in the morning. I understand they are working but they were talking super loudly and banging things. And like I had a late night so I didn’t appreciate that. Especially at 9am. Like check out isn’t till 11am chill out.

The beds were very comfortable, the room had a coffee maker, and all the shower essentials were provided. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available for an extra charge, check-in and check-out were easy, and the front desk staff was friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel has met my expectations so far.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and there was a perfect amount of blankets and pillows.

Hotel was under renovations....all for the better, but it would have been helpful to know this before checking in. Prepaid for room through booking.com, but at check-in hotel required a credit card with a hefty security deposit.

Rooms are nice, beds are nice.

When I asked for my room to be cleaned, they only brought towels and changed the garbage. Would of been nice if they could of tidied my room as it was my friend's birthday. Also I got a noise complaint, and it was still very early during the day. Was only listening to music.

It was quiet. Room is great size .

When I tried to make coffee in the morning , noticed the water bottles they provided in the room were used .. they didn’t check to replace . Needless to say I have no coffee . When I told the front desk about it , and asked if they have water I can have instead, he told me I can purchase them at the gift shop instead .
