Staff was awesome! Customer service was awesome! The shower had a nice head and lots of hot water. The towels were clean. Shampoo and soap were provided. Great breakfast. Facility is close to hospital where we needed to be. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

The bed was way too soft and had low spot in the middle, however, my husband had a great sleep. The one couch cushion zipper was broken and stuffing was hanging out. No fan in the bathroom.

It was the cheapest option we could find in the area, and it was a perfectly adequate accommodation. Our room was large and had everything we needed, including a fridge! A simple free breakfast was a nice bonus. I enjoyed interacting with the staff - good people.

Nothing important. Unremarkable, slightly sketchy neighbourhood. As we entered the lobby after midnight, the walls were shaking from loud music in a bar a few doors down. Fortunately, it did not affect us in our room. The beds were way too soft for my liking, but I recognize that's a matter of preference.

The room I stayed was huge, 2 beds and a couch. The bed was very confortable too. The bathroom was super clean, and the bath tube was a good size. There were a lot of parking spots as well. Staffs were all super friendly and helpful. The wifi worked very well. If you're playing a show at Union Hall, it is possible to go from inside the hotel to the venue without having to go around. And finally, 2 hours after checking out, they returned my deposit.

The rooms are not so isolated, it is possible to hear people on the hallway and sometimes in their bedroom. Unfortunately, breakfast is not much, I would suggest getting it somewhere else.

This is not a commercialised 'everything perfect' high end Brandname hotel. There were tiny issues allowing the staff to rise to the occasion. It is easy to 'pretend to give good service' where there is nothing to fix, but may be good service should be about how 'unexpected issues' are resolved. This Place is not fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. Abby, (the lady at the front) is a real treasure, but so was the morning staff, including the gentleman (who may be the owner) (the curtious housekeeper in the hallway) and a mature lady helping the gentleman during breakfast hours. The place is imperfect but REAL, with genuine hospitaltiy making it a real good value. Highly recommend it! Thank you, Margo & Julius

The price was very good, and the soundproofing between rooms was better than expected. The staff were friendly and very helpful through the whole stay. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well being of their customers.

The breakfast included was very simple, better than nothing at all, but it left some things to be desired. The rooms were clean and tidy, but seemed cheap and worn down on closer inspection. If you need comfort, this place is reccomended, but if you need somewhere that looks very new or fresh this may not be for you.

The room was very large and spacious, especially considering the relatively low rate, the staff were very friendly, and I always appreciate a nice continental breakfast like the one they had here.

Little details like uncomfortable pillows on the bed, some rather worn furniture, and the lack of a functional ceiling fan in the bathroom sort of diminished my over all impression of the hotel. Also the location, while convenient for my specific purpose of attending a concert nearby, is in an industrial area with not much going on in the way of interesting activities.

I booked this hotel for someone else, and overall, they had a pleasant stay. The breakfast, while simple by European standards, had everything you need to start the day. What stood out most was the extraordinarily friendly and helpful receptionist. Although the guest didn’t speak English, the receptionist kindly offered a few words in German, which really made them feel at home. If you go in expecting a solid two-star experience, you’ll find it perfect for what it is!

There was a really kind lady at the front desk who told me I can stay for a few hours in the gym after checking out and even use the coffee during this time. Other staff were welcoming too. Breakfast was good for a non-fancy hotel. They didn't have warm breakfast but they had eggs and some other good options. The rooms were very big and spacious.

The furniture was old and ripped. The walls were not soundproof and you could hear pretty much everything from nearby rooms. The price was also somewhat high.

It was very affordable and rooms were kept clean. We stayed there for a couple of days, and our suite has always been cleaned, and towels are changed every single day.i

I do have a child who can really be hard at times, and it was uncomfortable that people don't understand that. The whole stay whenever my youngest cries in the middle of the night or my eldest would just have fun inside the suite, somebody kept on knocking on the wall. This thing should be sorted out 'cause it was our first time to have that experience.

A wonderful big room with very comfortable bedding. The staff were so friendly and really welcomed myself and my two samoyeds. The location is a few blocks away from a ravine with lovely walking paths that feel like you aren't in the middle of a city anymore.

The room was a bit warm for me when I first got there and I was worried it would be too stuffy. But I was able to control the heat in the room itself and make it more comfortable. I definitely like a colder room than most people so I know this isn't always a possibility.
