The suite had everything we needed and was cozy and very clean. The hosts were great, proactively providing information in advance and checking in to see if we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was that we had to complete a rental agreement and provide photo ID and credit card (on which they put a $500 charge temporarily for damage deposit which was refunded quickly after checkout). I didn’t notice anything in the listing about this (unless I missed it?) so it surprised me and I was a little worried that it was a scam initially.

Great space and layout for our young kids. Kitchen facility perfectly suited our needs. The location was perfect for easy access to Whyte Ave and the University of Alberta. Really good communication and easy access to unit. Parking always available just outside home.

If I’m being super picky, one bed was a little creaky (only a concern due to a sharing the room with a toddler).

I loved the decor, cleanliness, cozy electric fireplace, and fully stocked Kitchen and bathroom amenities. It was also very useful to have a washing machine and to be able to watch streaming services like Netflix.

The property was great, but it was a little difficult to use the shower (I believe you had to hold up the little bath/shower lever *before* turning on the water, or else the water doesn’t stop coming out of the bath faucet while showering) so it would be nice to have a little explanation about how to use it beforehand. The automatic black-out blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (possibly out of battery), so it was only possible to use one of the bedrooms during my stay. Otherwise, I had no other problems and enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location, very clean, easy to access, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed was readily available and easy to find.

If I’m being nit picky, I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the blinds were broken in one of the rooms impacting some privacy. These were minor and did not impact our overall enjoyment of the space.

Great, well stocked kitchen. Lots of room. Easy access both to the unit and getting around town. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and very welcoming.

Good location, bright and clean.

It is advertised as accommodating 6 people. There were 2 beds and a pull out couch. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable and other than a comforter, no other bedding.

Nicest basement suite I’ve seen! Stylishly decorated, nicely appointed, spotless, and right near all the great restaurants along Whyte Ave.

All entrances were on a key code which made it extremely easy to enter and leave.

The dryer did not work. The shower head only expressed some of the water and the rest expressed through the tap.

Location is excellent, there is gorges park close to the property. All property staff communicate all the time with full details you need.
