I love this hotel! Everyone from the shuttle driver, front desk, cleaners, breakfast attendants, and laundry are friendly, kind and helpful. This was my 8th stay, and it’s always my first choice whenever I’m in Edmonton. It’s close to the airport, and walking distance to gas stations, liquor, weed and vape stores, supplies for everyone need. Lots of outdoor parking. The rooms are always spotless, and comfortable with cable tv, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station, ironing board, desk, couch or chair. The furniture is new and modern, lots of closet space and bureau space for your clothing. The bedding is always bright white, and fresh(no stains or burns) with 4 plush pillows! Bathrooms are modern, hairdryer included, an ample amount of extra fluffy towels, with large refillable toiletry bottles that include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap. Great for the environment and pleasant scent. It’s also pet friendly, family friendly and very accessible to people with mobility issues and different mobile abilities. Free lockup of luggage, strollers and bicycles. The breakfast included with your stay is prepared by Montanas. Lots of hot and cold choices; eggs, ham, sausages, pancakes, home fries,toast, cereals, fruit salad, and yogurt. Juices, jams, coffee and tea, something for everyone. Buffet style, hot and fresh. The pool area is always clean, and maintained. I love the piano in the hall and the bridges that span the wishing waters under it. Now to The Den, what can I say, the staff are fantastic, food fantastic, the regulars, the guests, the whole shabang has this vibe! The karaoke is a great time, with great people! Every time I stay here this is my jam, I always feel welcomed, and it reminds me of being back home in Nova Scotia!

we stay here every 5-6 months on our vacations back from Nunavut, and it is so perfect! It is right by the airport, so when we have to go back up north, we get a shuttle to the airport the next day, which only takes 5 mins. There is a pool, hot tub, and a fun water slide! There is also a Montanas, and a fun pub as well. It is pet friendly, and really all you need in a hotel. It’s tradition for us to stay here everytime we’re back in Alberta. My family comes to spend a night too as a send off. We hit the pool, get an awesome dinner from Montanas, and enjoy our stay every time. I would highly recommend it to anyone:)

The waterfall was pleasant and the ambience peaceful through the lounge, the pool was much fun, with a slide and hot tub, the pet friendly accessability was great, easy delivery for delivery pizza. Short drive to Leduc Walmart for any groceries. Breakfast was okay, I enjoyed the potatoes and they tried to keep food filled best they could. The pot roast lunch special was great at Montana's. Staff were friendly enough and heard my concerns. Appreciated. Overall room was good. Thank you for hosting us.

Initially I was charged a cleaning fee for my guinea pig but it was refunded as he was such a small pet in a container so their were no housekeeping fees for him. The gift shop I felt was slightly over priced for 4 items. Though it was available in a pinch and their were vending machines we could have accessed.

Nice modern rooms and excellent facilities. Having Montana’s on site and the central pool makes for a fun family friendly hotel.

The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were so thick that I found it more comfortable to sleep without one, meanwhile the mattress slumped causing a sore lower back. Young children were yelling and crying in the hallway at 10pm, 12am and 4am. Not the hotels fault at all but made for a terrible night sleep.

We got in late so stayed close to the airport. We were a little concerned walking to our room as there were very loud children (spring break and this place has a cool indoor pool with water slide). But our room was distant enough and ended up being very quiet. In the morning, we were very pleased with the breakfast (coffee could be better and eggs...were they really eggs? :-)). If I had to stay close to the airport, I would stay here again.

Everything went very well. The staff are great and having a great restaurant and lounge are an added bonus to staying at this property.

I always have a problem getting my vehicle out of the locked compound when we leave it there. The keypad takes a few times to work when I punch in the numbers. Once the panic button to call for help never worked either so I had to walk back into the hotel to get help. Perhaps there could be a better way to get out of the locked parking area .

My 9 year old son was really impressed with the pool, waterslide and water feature area. He said this is the hotel he wants to stay at from now on.

Property looked tired and could use an update. Not as clean as other hotels but staff was at least trying to stay on top of the most egregious messes. For what its worth my son and almost every kid in the pool area got pretty banged up on the water slide. Might be worthwhile to remind your kids how to safely go down this big, fast slide.

I spent three nights here with my family just to celebrate my husband's birthday. We loved every single minute of our stay. The rooms and pool were super clean! The restaurant was great too...could have their floors cleaned more often as thr floors were sticky. But other than that, was an amazing experience. Will definately be gping back.

Great atmosphere and staff is very helpful. Love the water slide, pool and hot tub feature! The ware feature with fish is very attractive and of course Montana’s is a bonus!

The entry to the shower is too wide making floors wet rather quickly in the bathroom and the mat is not even soaking everything up.

My sister and I stayed there as we travelled early in the morning. Room was nice.

We didn't know we had to schedule our shuttle for the next day. We had to take a taxi as the receptionist said the next shuttle will be back in an hour. After the taxi arrived and had our luggage loaded into the cab, the shuttle arrived to pick up other guests. :-(
