I had booked a different room via Expedia and was on the fifth floor. I asked if I could be moved and the lady at the front desk moved me to a perfect room on the main floor. Did not checkout much of the hotel, but I seen was very nice.

We stayed here the night before flying out to Puerto Vallarta, after an 8hr drive from our home town. We got in in time to have dinner, check in, and veg/relax before having to get up at 5am to head to the airport. Location is great - so close to the airport and Park 'N Fly, and a few nice places to eat (we chose Ricky's). Parking was ample, lot was well-lit. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on check-in. We didn't really use any amenities outside our room (we weren't there long enough) so I can't attest to those, but the lobby, hallways and elevators were very clean and well-kept. We weren't expecting much, to be honest. It was just a place to crash that was close to the airport, and I believe I got our king-suite room for like $115 including tax. It was REALLY nice. One of the most comfortable beds (linens included) I've ever slept in....not just as far as hotel rooms go. I don't sleep well in hotels as a rule, but I slept well through the whole night. The room was HUGE, and it was quiet (no hallway noise). Everything was really clean. Bathroom was large with a great shower, and nice toiletries. It was really clean and well-designed. If we ever end up in that area of town again, it would be my first choice. Value-for-money was off the charts. Very nice surprise to kick off our vacation.

Location was great. Room was spacious and clean. Close to the airport but far enough to avoid that sound of planes coming and going. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to the room cleaning staff, they did a great job all week. We stayed for 8 nights and tried to alternate days our room was serviced but were appreciative of the great job.

I felt the room deposit was a little over the top. I am o.k. with $200 for one night as I can understand they need to protect their assets. However I felt $1400.00 for an extened staty was a little off. It was just a hold and did not affect me in any way, however could have been an issue if someone had a minimal credit card allowance. There was a wedding held on site the day we arrived which created a little bit of a parking issue and quite a bit of noise in and around the hotel, but we did not let it bother us. The heating unit in the room created a loud humming sound which was disruptive throughout the night while sleeping.

Everything about the room was nice Due to booking.com mixing up my request and sending different info to the property than the info sent to me in an email confirmation I was in panic mode until the staff went above and beyond to make things right even though they were very busy, amazing people, amazing service. Steels restaurant on site makes great breakfast dishes, good-sized portions, great flavors, and great service. Last but not least, the prices were very reasonable at the property and the restaurant.

The hotel itself is in great proximity to the airport. It has everything you’d need. I loved the comfy bed and the room was clean and huge. I’d stay here again.

I liked the pub and the food there as well as the service

Front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me while I waited to check in. Another lady came to the desk, looked like she was getting ready for her shift and she didn’t acknowledge me standing there either. When I finally got served she was nice no said nothing about the wait. Normally when I book on the web site it’s cheaper, i book pled a couple days in advance and it was 135. And then when I looked the day I needed the hotel it was cheaper. Most frustrating is not being acknowledged by the front desk staff. It only takes a second to look up and make eye contact and smile and say I will be right with you.

The room is huge and the airport shuttle is very easy to use. The staff was amazing and the process of check-in and out were very easy. They have grab and go breakfast which is good if you are catching flights early morning

The tiles leading to the door and bathroom are clearly not clean. It can use a deep scrub because my feet were all black from dust. The lamps placement is also a little bit weird so the room seemed dark. Could update the AC unit because it was very loud.

The king room that l stayed in was nice and large and had a very comfortable bed. The location is very convenient.

I didn't like the fact that the glasses and coffee cups were plastic and then wrapped in plastic. I expected a more eco-friendly approach from this company. I did not find the communication helpful, particularly with my query about the shuttle service. I could not find a breakfast room service menu either, just the evening menu.

Friendly staff. Clean. Very large room. Shower was nice it had a sauna built in so that was nice. Lots of parking. Restaurant and bar on site.. Good price for size of room.

No pool or sauna. No complimentory breakfast. Air conditioner froze and left a puddle in our room. Sal was good and brought sheets and towels to soak water. Just little inconvince cause didn't look great.

Clean,airy,spacious. Reception staff were extremely helpful in providing us with a handicap room that made our stay very comfortable. Restaurant Staff was very helpful in allowing us to move to the lounge, delivering our order down the hall to our new quiet location. Shuttle service was on time.

Their restaurant, Steels, is a sports bar and incredibly noisy.
