Staff were friendly and helpful. We so appreciated the shuttle to the airport (one of the main reasons we chose the place). Breakfasts included with our room were exceptional for a hotel.The hubby is expecting pancakes and french toast at home now in the mornings 😅 A great start to the morning rather than dried out cereal and crossiants like some places. Love that the hot water and coffee bar at the front was always available. The decor of the room is a little older but very clean and comfortable 👍We have been before, pleased again this time and Best Western is definitely our choice for when we come to Leduc.

This is third time we staying in this hotel. Breakfast is great!, Staff very friendly, Excellent coffee, adjacent restaurant has good food (Barney's), free parking, nice pool for kids. Its a weekend getaway for us.

I wish the breakfast menu had a beef or chicken item instead of two pork products like sausage and ham.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful, including the kitchen staff and the housekeepers. Breakfast was great.

Sink outside the bathroom. For a family of 5, we were only provided 3 towels each but the staff accommodated more when asked.

Lobby was nice and inviting. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t like the way the bathroom was set up with the sink outside the door, and the shower and toilet inside. It wasn’t convenient.

The food from Barney's was not good. I ordered a steak sandwich and I couldn't eat it. It was mostly gristle and fat. Breakfast was soggy pancakes and not much of a variety.

Nice accommodations. They were able to do early check-in and late check-out so we were happy about that

Elevator didn't work but not really a problem to me

Loved how friendly the staff was when we got in. The room was great and the location for us was exactly what we needed.

In hindsight, it would have been better to arrive a little earlier to take advantage of the pool & then to leave later for breakfast as an option to start our travel day with a good breakfast.

We got a 2 Queen room for only $120 which is a great deal for a perfect room. The drain didn’t work well on the bathtub but it still worked. The Room was perfectly clean and very well set up. When we came down for breakfast I expected a makeshift continental breakfast with a few fake pancakes and dry muffins and maybe cereal, we’ll the buffet was spread with real fruit, real French toast, muffins, scrambled eggs, ham, REAL hash browns all fresh, and I could go on and on!! Definitely recommend this Motel!

My bathtub drain didn’t work properly

Hotel is in a quiet location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hot breakfast was included in the price and was tasty.

The breakfast was great. Lots of choices and a bonus was the gluten free bread . The woman who was serving coffee and drinks was so friendly . A day later after we checked out, we realized my granddaughter had forgotten her stuffed bunny . I called right away and they had found it and we were able to get it picked up .

We found the pool temperature was a little on the cold side . The big water slide was a hit !
