I had the pool/hottub to myself, that was nice. Good quality dove soap in bathrooms and showers. No yucky wax crayon soap!!! Win. Comfy beds, helpful staff.

Complications with breakfast. Not sure if its the hotel or booking.com... but for 18 dollars i added included breakfast to my stay.....but that only included breakfast for one person. We had 4 of us....so we had to pay for the rest if us. That was unexpected. Also its not a breakfast buffet. And what you pay for does not add up to what you get. I felt ripped off. Great place if you don't add breakfast to your booking. EAT BREAKFAST SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Pool was good. Comfy beds, friendly staff. Snacks available for purchase including ice cream! Free lemon water in lobby. Good soap in bathroom/shower. A/C works great. Clean ambiance, lots of treadmills in gym.

Breakfast is not buffet style like many other hotels. Breakfast menu for purchase seems expensive and not worth the money. I wouldn't add the Breakfast to my booking at this location. But otherwise would not hesitate to stay again.

Large room, great shower with amenities, clean/soft sheets. In house restaurant had great food/service. Train is close which didn’t bother me but earplugs were provided which speaks to attention to detail

I was charged for 3 water from the kiosk which I didn’t buy but the front end took it off my check off bill, not a fight. She listened to me and removed the charge. Not sure how this is purchased and charged to rooms but may want to look at the process.

Comfortable rooms, loved soap and hand cream Dove brand wall dispensers; in the shower soap,shampoo and conditioner in dispenser on wall. Gave a 10% coupon to restaurant. Great beds. Air conditioning.

The 3 pm clerk who checked us in told us there was a continental breakfast at 7 am on Sunday and 6 am on Monday, but when we called down to see what time it went to, we were informed that they didn’t have one. Only a restaurant. When I asked the same clerk about the pillows being feather or not due to allergies, again she didn’t know; then when I went looking for the ice box, I was informed by the same clerk that it was at the end of the hall. When we went out on Sunday I asked the morning clerk about the ice and was given the correct information.

super friendly staff and a easy check in process. Hotel is beautiful, our room was so clean and cosy! After a long flight and a long day it was so nice to come here to get some rest.

A few trains throughout the night BUT they provide ear plugs for you and it truly didn’t bother us because we loved everything else!

It’s was very clean and comfortable! Great sheets in the comfy bed and great pillows! The staff was all very kind and welcoming. The restaurant staff delivered room service happily! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone with a layover in Edmonton!

All the staff were friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the restaurant. I stayed at another hotel chain in West Edmonton and was pretty disappointed - I wish I found the Holiday Inn first.

Breakfast in the restaurant was over at 10 am. I was on vacation so I like to sleep in late.

The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful. Even though I did not pay for breakfast, I was given the opportunity. A shuttle was arranged for the morning. The beds were very comfy.

Vending machine had empty slots.

We did not have breakfast with the hotel, but the restaurant was great. not much selection but it was good. the pool was nice and warm although the jets in the hot tub were about nil. we enjoyed our stay.

the jet tub needs some work. We also had a few noisy dogs on our floor that barked at everyone walking by which was annoying.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly.

Our room didn’t get cleaned. That may have been our fault as we were late getting up and going, but was a bit disappointed it wasn’t looked after while we were gone. The toilet paper was atrocious.
