The breakfast was excellent. All hot foods were hot and fresh. The hostess was courteous and very professional. She was constantly checking to see that all food and accessories were available. Kept tables cleared and clean.

Both the counter soap dispenser (2nd night) and shower body wash containers (1st night) were empty. In our haste to leave and visit our company, failed to leave a note. Our fault in that respect, but feel it could have been checked. Also, not knowing your policy, we did not have coffee or tea, plus cups replenished after our first day. The Kleenex container only had.a few tissues in it. Possibly an extra full box could be placed as a spare, plus one toilet tissue roll.

I loved the place, it was so much better than I was expecting, and we enjoyed our entire stay! The room was cozy, and we loved the view from our room. We got the top floor which was great, and we enjoyed the pool, it wasn't overly crowded, had all of the amenities, and the hours were awesome!

The breakfast, the eggs were not what I was expecting from a hotel /: I was super excited and it kind of let me down. Other than that the only other thing I might say is that it would have been nice to see some meat options for breakfast that weren't pork. Turkey bacon, or turkey sausage would've been awesome!!

Location was good. Plenty of car parking, room was clean and had good size with all the items we needed, stairs, lobby, corridor and elevator were very clean. Breakfast had good choices. We loved the swimming pool that had a slide for kids. Fitness room had all the necessary equipments.

Surprisingly there was water outage in washroom when we checked in, it lasted about an hour or so. When water returned, it was coming in a spurt. We talked to the front desk, it happened because of some outside issue, it was fixed relatively quickly.

Nice hot tub, there was a slide for my family to enjoy. The free breakfast was great! No bacon like it showed online but everything else was good, also it showed turkey round sausages but they served pork sausages and they were great too. Staff very friendly.

I was put in the room closest to the lobby/elevators and I don’t know if it’s common for this place for a ton of people to check in large groups late at night but I could hear everybody loudly talking, almost as if they were outside my door cause of how close I was and we have a child and a baby so didn’t get great sleep. But also because the elevator is on other side of our hotel wall we heard it going off all the time sounded like aloud dishwasher. Next time I’ll request to be put far away as possible from the lobby.

Excellent location from the airport! Super convenient for food and shopping. Love the pool and breakfast. All staff were great!! We booked for Friday night Sept 4th and then had to emergency book again on Sept 6th due to another hotel not having our reservation in a town a bit further away. Was happy to come back here and have a safe and wonderful night! Would highly recommend!!

Check in staff handled the mis-information I received from Booking.com. And were able to complete the changes to initial reservation even though when getting an email saying changes accepted by hotel appeared to have come from hotel, it actually was sent by booking.com.

UnClear communication from booking.com and now having to wait to ensure credit card is not charged double.

Idk but im not enlightened on how suncor/syncrude discounts. I was told it was flat $149 and if not its $114 that i paid . So i just went to regular price , i never bother using our suncor/syncrude dscount bec it doesnt make sense that its pricier than normal days room rate. :/

Amazing breakfast. Selection and food were very good. Overall, it is very clean and comfortable, and rooms are a comfortable size for a family. Easy and close parking, and close to airport and major stores.

Only wish they had advised earlier that pool and hot tub are closed, it is not fair to just learn that when you arrive on premises. Some issues with sound....I could hear some banging, probably from floor above in the middle of the night. Can't blame hotel staff for that as it was probably the people above me.

The proximity to the airport

The bathroom was not very clean, lots of guck buildup around the soap dispenser in shower- it grossed me out. Parking was very limited. 1 elevator = long waits and then finally just taking the stairs because you get tired of waiting. Breakfast room was very small and not enough tables for guests, I ended up taking my breakfast back up to my room so I could sit and eat.

The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful! They really went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave too. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely stay here again.
