I liked how attentive & accomodating the staff were. The hotel itself is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming making every visit enjoyable. They went above and beyond by decorating our room with balloons for my son's birthday at no extra cost, which made our stay really special. We visit every year, and it's always been a lovely experinece.

Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike. Everything about our stay was smooth and pleasant.

Location was great for overnight to the airport. Free shuttle. Great breakfast eggs, bacon & waffles and so many other items to choose from. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful with restaraunts in the area as we got in quite late. Would definitely be staying here again

The shuttle ran every hour. I think I prefer it run every 30 minutes but wasn’t a big deal getting to the airport extra early. When we landed we were told to phone for shuttle pick up and I called 3 times before someone picked up. This caused a bit of worry when we landed but it all worked out.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall value. We chose it at random with no great expectations, and it turned out to be a great place. Simple but every part was properly done.

The pool area was smaller than expected and they should probably have more exterior outlets for car charging in the dead of winter.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, quieter than staying in Edmonton and easy access the outlet mall as well as ikea and south common shops, our son loved swimming and the beds were comfortable. We will be making this our go to place to stay when traveling to Edmonton several times per year!

Guest floors were VERY warm, and our first 2 sets of room keys wouldn’t work. The front desk agent came up on try 3 and voila, we got in! That set wouldn’t work on the pool door, but little kids inside the pool let us in. Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good (no fruit other than apples - that was the draw back). Excellent value for the cost and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Room was very warm, a/c was rattley but it worked.

Had trouble at check in but it was handled well. We got up too late for breakfast sadly so I can’t say anything about that. But the room was nice, I had the bags tied up and everything ready for the cleaning ladies at check out. Pool was a little cold but not bad and the hot tub was perfect,wasn’t too hot! Check out was fast and simple. Definitely recommend staying here

it was amazing for the price point. yes I was able to find a couple of things that should have been cleaned better. aka tub. but the staff was amazing and the food was great. I will 100% rebook if I need to head that way. great spot!

My room had a couple of cleaning issues. nothing big but they did miss it. it was both in the washroom. the shower top shelf was very nasty, that was the biggest thing. so nothing really. I was so happy with this hotel!

We were able to park near the front door, walk to find something to eat and had a walk in shower

There was quite a bit of noise late at night and early in the morning and the hot tub was more like a bath tub with bubbles. It wasn’t hot enough. They said “they would have it checked in the morning” which really didn’t do anything for me since I was checking out.

This was as expected or better as a solo business traveller. The bed was very comfy with crisp sheets. The bathroom clean and sufficiently updated and free of any odors which I am quite sensitive to. Breakfast was impressive with daily eggs, bacon or other, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. I had little time to partake other than to grab a few things for the road.

The tub was quite slippery. A bath mat in the room would be helpful

The staff! Everyone was so extremely friendly it made staying there so welcoming and comfortable!! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel! Great breakfast in the morning too!

It was too far away from anything to order skip dish the dishes late at night.
