Great location, clean, great views. Staff very helpful. Safe have to use card to get to upper floors. Parking underground heated. Great views in restaurant.

Breakfast took a long time, it’s nice to be able to order, food was ok. Buffett looked ok, but usually one for a hotel. Such a beautiful restaurant view need to improve food quality. Was not busy for a reason. Staff at bar and evening very friendly.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is good for downtown events. The people at this hotel make it worth the stay. They are very genuine and will try to accommodate all needs. They put our whole family on the same floor - was so nice! Great value for the price.

Parking costs extra and the lot was full, so difficult to keep a spot. The towels aren’t the fluffiest. That’s something I would suggest to management to improve. Also, the outside windows needed to be cleaned so we could have had a better view of the lovely river valley.

Exceptional customer service where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast service by Tiki was some of the best we've received anywhere. It's Alaska - expect a bit rough and ready. That's just where you are in the world. Great space in the bedroom with well-sectioned-off spaces providing quiet spaces and a homey feel unusual in a hotel. All room amenities you would expect in a hotel and for this price. Had a great stay and would recommend.

All the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Service was great and attended to our needs. Great restaurant and food. Rooms were comfortable. Location is good and a nice view of the river.

Property is getting in age, some areas of bathrooms, walls etc. may need refurbishing, but overall comfort of room was good. Both main elevators were under maintenance during our stay and we had to use the back elevator, would have had a better experience.

The location next to the conference center. The bourbon, old-fashioned cocktails in the bar were spectacular. Amazing service from the bartender as well.

The mattresses and pillows in the rooms were not of high-quality. They weren’t uncomfortable, but they weren’t amazing either. There are no hangers for washcloths or towels in the bathroom.

Clean rooms with a nice view of the river valley. Staff was helpful at the front desk with questions we had. It was a near perfect experience that way.

I would have liked the heads up that parking was an additional $45+ tax a day when booking as I would have looked elsewhere. Also felt a $4 for a bottle of water in the room was a high price.

The view was amazing and the staff goes out of there way to make you happy and enjoy your stay

The beds were horrible. Felt like a low grade mattress for what you pay. Didn't sleep well

Location was perfect. Our event was at the Convention Centre which is right next door. There was a mix up with our room (king) but they gave us a different room (2 queens) with a good view and breakfast.

We didn't get the room we booked. They didn't let us know when we checked in. Would have preferred heads up rather than getting to the room and calling down to get things figured out. Parking is expensive and interesting.

Room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. River valley View was amazing

We had dinner at the bistro. It was nothing special. We had breakfast room service. The omelette was not great and no butter on toast. Coffee was awful

This hotel is a holiday in itself.. The service at reception desk was outstanding. Our room was super clean, very large and a dream come true for anyone who has mobiliy issues. The breakfast was served by a very congenial staff. Overall we were treated like special guests.
