Parking- while it was easily accessible having to pay 70$ to park your vechicle for your two night stay is a little excessive when paying 1000$ already Wifi- again when paying almost 1000$ for two night wifi should not require me to sign up for anything to be free - Hotel is pet “friendly”but not a piece of grass in sight for them to use the washroom. Once able to get the dog to shit on your concrete property there is not a garbage can in site outside so I get to carry a bag of shit into your lobby. Location while convenient is filled with unpleasant people. Witnessed people pissing ob the building, throwing up next to the building , smoking drugs next to the building , was yelled at and harassed for money on several occasions

Location is great for events at Roger’s Place. Has great amenities, like underground parking, restaurants and a pool. It’s clean. Beds are comfy. Room service was great, definitely paying for convenience but it was so so delicious and hot.

Parking was not included. The room was tiny. The design concept of the bathroom is an odd one. If you are a senior, ask if they have a taller bed, if you have troubles getting up, the beds are at or below knee level.

amazing location to Rogers place! a 5-10 min walk INSIDE! No having to brave the -25 temps! Room was comfy and clean, rain shower had really good water pressure, quiet. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

The outside "greeter" was a little abrupt and annoyed when we pulled up front and asked if we could off load our bags, Refused to answer my husbands question until he became equally abrupt. The Braven restaurant was disappointing. Food was mediocre at best, over seasoned and not hot...mashed potatoes were good. We expected more for a 140$ meal with no alcoholic beverages.

The staff here were friendly and exceptional from the time I stepped out of my Uber! Any service you would expect, from breakfast in the executive lounge, to the gym, pool and hot tub area had some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The only other time I received such service was at another JW Marriott in Dubai and Cairo! I must say, the Marriott really knows how to provide an experience!!!

Location is good, room was comfortable, staff friendly.

Front lobby was busy as it is a bit small compared to the downtown Calgary property. The lobby lounge is a nice size it would be nice to have a sit down coffee shop. The front entrance of the hotel should be cleaned of the cigarette butts more frequently. Whilst the room was very comfortable, the flashing smoke detector and sprinkler light was very disconcerting and disturbing in the night.

The staff were amazing. Everyone we encountered was extremely polite and welcoming. The lady at check in asked if we had any plans for the weekend and I told her it’s my husbands birthday. When we checked to the room, a man brought champagne and a cake with a note that said happy birthday which was so sweet! The amenities were amazing. The gym and pool area is top tier. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was really tasty! Overall, we would love to stay here again!

Not much to dislike. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was excellent as we were there for the oilers hockey game.

Only thing was the bathroom door is a slider which does not close tightly. There is a space between the door and the wall which none of us liked. That was the only thing in the room that all 3 of us didn’t like

Great location, lovely bathroom, great staff, easy check out. They sent up a charcuterie plate for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.

Air conditioning is poor, never reached our desired temperature we were hot. Pool is small and was way over crowded maybe need to monitor and limit the amount of people.

I needs to be clearer on how to receive the hotel rate for parking. It was our first time and we parked in the green zone and used the parking meter near an elevator but it was not the correct one to be able to enter the code so we paid way more for parking.

The restaurant food and service was amazing! Also the Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming Since Covid I’ve gotten use to no cleaning of the rooms for a stay. Could hardly believe it when I got back to the room and it had been cleaned and supplies replenished!
