Basic, but had everything we needed for the night. Hosts were very nice, bed was comfortable. There's coffee available, and a mini fridge, a desk, TV. The washroom is shared with one other room, but nobody was there so it was essentially ours.

Keep in mind this is a basement, so there's not much natural light in the unit. The floor was concrete with a few carpets around, I'd recommend bringing some house flip flops for walking around or walking in clean shoes.

My hosts were very warm, welcoming and quite friendly. The room was very nice; warm, cozy and quiet. I also felt quite safe. I will be happy to stay there again, if I ever return.

I can't think of anything that I disliked or that I was disappointed in. Perhaps some people will find fault with my review; if so, I only feel sorry for them.

Jennifer was a super amazing host. She made me feel loved and safe. Thank you so much Jennifer for your hospitality. Quainty will always be my first choice when i visit Edmonton

Perfect location, lovely hosts. The room is comfortable and cozy, I had everything I needed! I would strongly recommend this accommodation to lonely travelers in Edmonton.

There are stairs to go in and out of the house, so if you have heavy luggage it might be challenging. It's the only thing I can actually think of!

It was perfect. Great central location. I walked everywhere I needed to go (except the airport). Owners are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Would DEFINITELY book this again.

Jennifer was wonderful, we really enjoyed seeing her artwork around the place. The room was quiet and private, there was one other guest but we didn't even see them during our stay. We had the sauna to ourselves and found it very relaxing. Having a Keurig coffee in the morning was a nice extra. The location is excellent, with so many great breakfast diners right nearby. 10/10, great value for money, would stay again.

I had a difficult stay while I was in Edmonton and Jennifer's friendliness and concern made my stay much more comfortable. The sauna is amazing.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. They are also very understanding, as we accidentally lost the key to our room, but all they responded with was kindness knowing that it was just a mistake.

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom etc. had extra amenities. Host was very friendly and the backyard and neighborhood are beautiful.

No dislikes.
