Wonderful friendly staff when checking in and checking out. Cleaning staff stopped in each day and asked us if we needed supplies, we had a suite so only exchanged towels.

Ice machine on the 4th floor was broken and we needed ice for medical reasons. There was easy access to 3rd floor ice machine so more of an inconvenience than something we didn’t like.

The beds are very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We ate at the lounge and the food was good. We have stayed here a few times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay.

The chairs in the lounge need to be replaced. I'm pretty sure they are the same ones from when we stayed here in 2010! The cushioned part is non-existent anymore, so not the most comfortable, but it was either those or a bench seat. Tough to share a small round table with 3 people sitting along a bench.

I did not go to breakfast. The location was great being situated next to the highway, was easy to enter and exit the property. The unit which I was staying in was more private because of the seperation off the main hotel.

I think the check in time could have been better. Most places are for 11am. The check in time was for 3pm.

It was close to where we had to be the next morning. Beds were comfortable.

People park in unloading zone for a long time and it makes it difficult to get unloaded and drop handicapped people off to use the ramp. People smoke close to the doors.

all in all it was a great location as the Royal Alex is just a short drive away,

Clean, surprisingly quiet (for being on Kingsway), comfortable enough. Queen Suite was in other building, but very spacious for similar price. No issues. Met expectations for price point.

Decor is a little dated, but not dirty or torn.

The room was big and had everything needed in it. Everything was clean. The hotel is well situated and easy to reach with the car. A busstop is right in front of it and you're in 25 mins in the city. The restaurant in the hotel was a good option to eat. All in all an enjoyable hotel.

location was perfect, and accessible to places we planned to visit.

the second building being on its own, but understand the hotel was full although booked a few months prior.

The staff were fantastic and the on site resteraunt was delicious. The room colors and decorations were nice and homey which made tge stay better

So it needs a little upkeep. Our suite looked great at first, but the longer we stayed in it we noticed damages to the walls, stains on furniture and plumming that needed attention. One elevator needs service soon. As it reached the top floor it felt like it was going to drop us and when going down the carriage moved before the doors closed.

Too many homeless people in the area although they had great security measures in place. Didn’t have any coffee available in the lobby.
