Very comfortable bed, nice and clean room, nice comfortable shower, location is great with easy access to major roads and full amenities, employees were polite and welcoming and plenty of well lit parking, we also like how quiet our room was even though it over looked 97 st at 3rd floor level, we did not hear the bustling traffic at all. Breakfast was ample and plentiful.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast the first morning were very watery and not too appetizing so we chose to do breakfast elsewhere the second morning, not sure how the eggs got watery but it was not like that last month when we stayed here.

First hotel with no musty odor! Yay!!! Spotless lobby, hallways and room & carpets. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate reasonable requests. All amenities nearby, great restaurants within a two minute walk. Most of all, quiet sleep after a long day. Definitely coming back to this place next time I’m in Edmonton!

Overall, I’d give everything a 10, but shower had a couple of mildew spots, glass door was skewed. Given that, I’d still stay there again for all the other positives.

I was surprised at this hotel. It was in the older area of Edmonton and actually quite a drive from my convention. I thought the hotel was new but it had just received a makeover. It looked lovely. Reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious, modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was not that good even for the common breakfast served at most hotels today. Do not expect anything grand. Coffee was good

Great location, good value for the price. Several decent restaurants are within walking distance. Very clean accommodations, rooms are quiet and a good size. Provided breakfast was good, small but good.

When will hotels update their in-room charging facilities? Many hotels only have plug-in old style connections and no USB connectors. These NEED to be update for travelers who need to charge their phones.

It was as expected when staying at hotel I would rather book direct with hotel but phone number kept taking me to a different phone number

We're two disappointing things were the breakfast. There was no oatmeal, very little and no frozen fruits. The bread was very plain, even the whole wheat bread. The gym was not great. There were very few tiny weights, two weights of 5 pounds and only one weight of 10 pounds, and I can’t remember if they had 15 or it skipped to 20, but they should be restuck at most minuscule two consequences for each. Other than it was a great place to stay.

The breakfast was nice, there was good food to get the day started. Had fruits, yogurt and eggs that where nice to eat.

The treadmills in the gym were a little strange, one fully turned off randomly while I was running. But overall it was nice to use.

Breakfast was very good, variety of items, staff was attentive and did a great job. Check in and check out was quick and I liked how an itemized receipt was emailed to us. The location is handy to shops and restaurants and we especially liked the quietness even though the hotel is on a main street. We liked everything.

location was convenient, as we were visiting my parents who live nearby. room was comfortable, and pretty quiet.

it’s not the worst thing, as we’re pretty private, but to get coffee in the room, you have to go down to the front desk and ask for extra, or for more every day. they don’t restock daily. Also not a fan of having to pay 5$ a day to connect to wifi for extra devices.

Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items and was decent. I always choose hotels with a warm breakfast either for work or vacation since it really saves time in the morning getting to your destination. The staff were excellent and friendly. No complaints.
