Lots of pillows. Comfy bedding. The staff were very accomodating about extra coffee and creamers. The creamers are good liquid ones, not the powdered cra-stuff that I hate. More expensive hotels have had them, ick. The buffet breakfast was delicious, good value as well. All in all, a good couple of nights.

The room was cold. I didn't figure out how to turn up the heat for a while, but it warmed up eventually. The ice machine on 7 floor didn't work, so I had to go to the 14, when I was staying on a different floor. I don't mind going different floors for ice, just make it consistent. Not much, really, but you asked.

Oh. My. Goodness! Thank you for asking!! We were so thankful that checkout was noon because after having coffee starting at about 9:00 on, our breakfast was FINALLY there by 11:15!!!! The staff were pleasant enough when we worked hard to have any interaction with them. There was no eye contact and no “we will be with you soon” or “sorry for the delay”. We seemed to overwhelm them and were happy for great friends to visit with, unsure whether breakfast would even arrive!!!! It was tasty when it finally did get there.

We enjoyed the upgrade, but 15th floor at the far end was noisy with fans or some kind of loud noise all night long.

I liked having the balcony and the view of downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy with the warm, welcoming staff as we came from New Brunswick for vacation in Alberta. We stayed 3 nights and then moved on to Banff. On our way back we decided to stay at your Inn another night. And it was a bonus to be able to have the same room as we had the prior stay! Thank you for everything.

The balcony was full of mud, I assume from dirty work boots. ?? It would’ve been nice if the balcony had been swept.

Location was great, staff was great. The facility is beautiful but needs an upgrade. We were very comfortable. We didn't eat on site so can't speak to that but it was quite good for a night's stay. Clean.

Really minor things that didn't affect our stay, but upgrading needs to happen. Small holes in the curtains that I noticed when the early morning light shone through them. Toilet had some nicks, tiles etc outdated.

That it was a smoking room, with a nice big ashtray. The beds are really comfortable, come with 4 comfy pillows. The staff are accomodating about a few extra coffee pods.

When I arrived, my first night was in a non-smoking room because they were sold out. After checkout, I moved into a smoking room for my 2nd night.

Friendly staff and flexible with check-in. We had some issues with payment method but they were understanding and patient until we got it resolved. Overall, a nice and cozy stay.

Only downside was that there was an issue with the heating and the room was very hot. They informed us about it and they were working on getting it fixed.

Everything almost. It is a very good place to stay in relation to our activities in the city. The room price fits our budget. The restaurant is very nice and the service is tops. The food was very good and hot when served. Check in was very welcoming.

The room was a little warm for sleeping and the thermostat didn't seem very cooperative.

The people were very helpful, the location was perfect for access to the Royal Albert Hospital and the building is quite nice.

There was a mouse running around the dining room when we went for super, so obviously we didn’t go for breakfast, and there was hair in the bathroom. On the toilet paper of all places, gross.

The view of the downtown skyline from our 6th floor room was beautiful and exciting! The room was vintage but very clean, with updated beds that were very comfortable. Security teams on site and friendly staff. The little restaurant was just fine. The stir fry was tasty. Lots of free parking front and back. The Aviation Museum is in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is a few minutes away, and Kingsway Garden Mall is easy to find close by.

I like that the property is close to a lot of good places such as Rexall, Rogers Place and nice bars/restaurants.

I didn’t like how our bathroom had a smell, maybe like a sewer smell? Not sure exactly but had to keep the bathroom door closed for the smell to not reach the bed and living room area.
