The breakfast was fantastic in the restaurant that’s attached into the Hotel. That’s the whole reason why I stay there is because the food is amazing there and the service is outstanding in the restaurant.

I paid for a kitchenette and they didn’t even have a fork or a spoon. There were no dish cloths no soap to do the dishes with it was a completely unsatisfying kitchenette, but they still charge me full rate when I told them about the dissatisfaction with the room status butin the end they gave me a discount, but I still need to check on my card if it came through or not. I added comparison photos from the Roslyn hotel compared to the super eight the difference in quality in the kitchenette, and it was the same price.

Tv was tough to use and navigate without rules. Bathtub should have a grab bar. Shower head , very little water pressure . We were on the main level facing the back , when security would do his nightly rounds he would peer into the window each time he came around , kinda creepy , why peer into the window , keep walking .

We liked that the toiletries were complete. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable, and ice makers were actually working. The room itself was spacious.

The AC was old, and the knob wasn't working properly. It was not producing cold air anymore. The curtain was also covering it so we were not able to close it the entire time. Location was sketchy I kept on worrying if our car was still there. The sink water was not going down properly, it was draining very slow.

Everything about the hotel was great Friendly staff Clean rooms Lounge is nice Quiet building which is probably my best part of this hotel

It's been very expensive for extended period stays they should have discounts or some sort of promo for long stays I was there for 12 days and no discounts or anything Every night full price

The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean. It was great value for the price. It was nice being able to have a beer at the gaming lounge, and the staff there were very friendly as well. Great location near some major roads to get around the city in. It was really nice finding such an affordable and quality hotel to use for a weekend trip to Edmonton; would come back.

The hotel was very good, especially if you book one of the newer rooms. What is really missing is lack of any of a food pantry or mini market.

Lack of food mini market (Pantry) to buy food. This is very important especially if any one needs to eat something or arrive late from work or travel.

Room so awesome and large with the extra bedroom a must have when travelling with kids. Everything worked great so many outlets and lights etc. Staff great and will stay there again when coming to Edmonton. Supplies replenished and beds made and we were only there 2 nights!

Location is close to pretty much everything. I love how there is a cannabis dispensary Vietnamese restaurant. If you want there a good place to get your nails done. Dollar store within walking distances.

How it was a non smoking room but when the ac is on smells like stale smoke.

The front desk staff were wonderful, housekeeping staff was great. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Love the deep tub, and the big mini fridge. The location is great. Lots of shopping and services around and across the street.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever. I stay in hotels a lot for work, and I would definitely stay here again.

The fact it is pet friendly and still half the staff are scared of pets if a place is pet friendly all staff should like pets at least
