We were there to do a staycation celebration for my birthday. Our mobility accessible room was amazing, with convenient access to the elevator and ice machine. The bathroom made it safe and comfortable for me to use. The staff were AMAZING, so accommodating, especially our room assigned cleaning lady... My daughter had a mishap our first night, and we needed her sheet changed on her bed the next day....met housekeeping in the hall on our way to a fabulous breakfast, asked her to please change it. She not only did it but the whole room! The pool and hot tub were one of the best we have experienced. Was such a nice experience will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks for the great staycation memory!!!

Great, spacious room. Exceptionally clean. Helpful, and accommodating staff. Lily was a joy and went out of her way to need our requirements. A short taxi ride from West Edmonton Mall and Fort Edmonton Park. (Fabulous tourist attraction) Great value for money at this hotel. Breakfast could have been better.. not enough variety, only white bread available, no soy or oat milk, coffee was cold and few extras but given the value for money price, we took this in our stride.

We loved it was very close to west Ed mall. It was clean and the staff were all friendly . Particularly one staff ( lady) at check in and then saw several times during the stay. She was absolutely a gem and friendly to even my fur babies . The breakfast was so good and lots of options for myself and my son who has celiac.

The only complaint was our pool time first night . There was ball tournament and the kids took over the pool which is fine except when myself and others were in we were whipped in face with hard balls. I did tell a staff member and he acknowledged it wasn’t good but didn’t do nothing about it. I then for my whole stay swam elsewhere as they were there the time of our stay. So that sucked as we particularly wanted to enjoy a pool .

There was ample parking. The front end staff was so incredibly friendly, like even text me a while later to ask if the room is okay. Was very helpful and smiley.

It had nothing to do with the property and everything to do with the guests. There were hockey team kids running up and down the hallways at all time and playing loud hockey mini stick games in the hallways and by the elevators. Absolutely zero respect.

Our room darkening blind did not work, when told about it we were told to press buttons. Still didn’t work so then they said it needed to be charged. Did not want repairman in our room as we had just returned and it could have been repaired while we were away for the day. Didn’t enjoy the dark room.

Exceptional front desk ladies Lily and LJ greeted us with their beautiful smile and warm welcome. Swimming pool area is awesome water is warm in the big pool, my kids enjoyed the mushroom water falls design of the kids pool. Cleanliness of the room is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually spot check our room when I go to hotels.

I am not aware that there is no microwave in our suite we call the front desk they said standard room don't have microwave which is a little bit disappointment and not expected. Overall our stay is excellent and looking forward to be back again.

Breakfast was always delicious. The variety is always a must for breakfast choices. Although I was looking for raisin and corn flakes choice, Cheerios was on too. Coffee always delicious and I love the idea of the side table with coffee, hot water and lemon water that we can have at any time.

I was looking for a mirror that I can look while I was fixing my hair in the back, sometimes hotels have extended arm mirror or some sort of mirror that adjusts to see back of your head.

Appreciated the staff and their efforts to be accomodating .

Wouldn't stay again because of all the outside noise and because someone threw a drink at our vehicle and scratched it.

This hotel was outstanding. Extremely clean, comfortable & great pillows!! Cora, at the front desk, was amazing. Cora was nice to talk to & and really helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything else at the breakfast buffet. It was delicious 😋

Personal in hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good enough for this money. The location of the hotel is not bad.

Booking.com made reservation 1 bedroom room for 3 adult people. They did not contact me to update it and rejected to make a rebate for my inconvenient.
