Great complex of business and services within the building and so close to the shopping center of Alberta... West Edmonton Mall. Large parking area that is so close to dozens of big box stores to the hotel. Its the best place to stay in E-Town.

It is a bit of a maze in the building but it is well marked and after a couple wrong turns you learn the layout fast.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoy our balcony and the beautiful pool area. The two restaurants on site were also nice. Our only issue was that the toilet chain fell off, and my husband had to fix it and the heaters made loud noice, but we were able to just turn it off with the room staying at a comfortable temperature. The front desk was very kind and offered us a discount.

view of pool area from room is very good. room is well appointed and beds comfy; heat/cool worked perfectly without excess noise. could not hear noise from hallway or thru walls etc around us.

reception staff a bit strange, when i first indicated i didnt hear what she said, she then shouted and said each word super distinctly and slowly, and qualified her strange behavior with a smile. im not 80 yrs old and i certainly dont look like it. Dudes in pool shouting and making noise after 10pm which was its closing time; they shd have been escorted OUT of the pool area.

The location is excellent and close to everything; the staff are very good and the check in and out was quick;

The noise from the other rooms and the pool can be a little loud; the airconditioner was loud and we find it difficult to sleep so we had to turn down / turn off the airconditioner; the check in counter is difficult to find initially because there were no signs - at least I didn't see it.

We have stayed there four times now, and each time has been excellent. This time has been the first time since 2012! The hotel has changed a little bit, but it still feels like we have come home. It's that good! Yes, people will disagree with us, but we loved it - again!!

There is nothing to dislike. It was great. We felt so at home, even after 12 years.

It was very clean and good value for what I paid. The staff were also friendly and professional, especially the lovely Filipina woman with long, wavy hair (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful and friendly). I would definitely stay here again for a similar price.

My only complaints would be: check-in time should be 3:00, not 4:00–though the same woman I mentioned above was kind enough to check us in early—and I wish the pool hours went until 11:00 pm and not 10:00 pm so that we could have a chance to use the pool without it being filled with young kids. Also, there was a small group of people sitting in the common area by the pool, drinking and being very loud until after 1:00 am. I was a bit disappointed that the night staff didn’t come and ask them to return to their rooms and/or lower their voices.

The hotel is located near grocery store, restaurants ( KFC and McDonald's are 4 minutes walking). Grocery store is 5 minutes drive. The hotel itself has two great restaurants- Danny's and Chop ( steakhouse). Best buy is about 5 minute walk so is pet store. We rented a car but I am pretty sure bus stop to Edmonton Mall ( Google maps says 18 minutes ride) is near hotel. Our room had balcony, kitchenette with stove top, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer.

Very friendly staff, lots of tea, clean rooms, restaurant on site, lots of parking. Quiet and good location.

There were people drinking on the pool deck, kids whipping a ball in the pool, and their parents having a shouting match using foul language.

The location was great for access to West Edmonton Mall. The mall and many other shops and restaurants are within Walking distance. I am also a huge fan of Denny’s.

The room key doesn’t work for access through the exterior doors. This meant entry through the front doors only. The Front Deal person explained that this was for security purposes. Overall this was a minor inconvenience for the greater good of security.

Great location. Great views. Great rooms. The best thing is that the AC unit is controlled on the ac rather than the thermostat. Hope they never change this

Shower design wasn't the best. Nice looking, but the bathroom floods due to the way they made the showers. Water doesn't stay in the shower. And due to the tower being separate from the main building cabs, food delivery goes to the main building, making it a bit annoying.
