The location is easy to navigated as it is situated in corner. The room is clean and cosy with amenities available for your consumption. Having a breakfast buffet. For some reason, the door card did not work couple of times but this was amended quickly in the reception. The staff are also on time with their room service.

The hotel only provided 1 towel per guest which the size is bit smaller, they will provide you with additional towel once you asked them. Also, there is no microwave in the room.

Good location, restaurant onsite and friendly staff.

The shower was in very rough shape. The faucet was literally hanging out of the shower wall and the shower tap was seized up it was difficult to turn the water on. I mentioned this to the front desk as I wanted to let them know that it could be an issue for visitors using the shower. The front desk clerk mentioned that a lot of the faucets and taps are in that same condition and that they have had clients call the front desk because they could not turn the water off. Didn’t seem concerned about the issue. The property is a little dated.

Great for travelers with pets. Avenue north of the motel is fairly quiet for walking dogs. Lots of parking with powered stalls. On-site laundry is only $1.25/load. Buffet breakfast is quite good. They even had a wheelchair on site for my elderly father. Great location on the West site. Close to great shopping & other restaurants. Room was very quiet.

A microwave & safe in the rooms would be nice. Also, a mat or small rug would be great at the entrance of the room for wet boots/shoes.

Good location for the places we were going to. Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff were friendly Had wet carpet by ac so were switched to a better room

Guests were smoking close to the front doors, not there 5 metres away. Discussing Don’t make the beds everyday or towels. Never checked if there was toilet paper

Friendly staff, we stayed in the executive wing which is nice. The only real complaint we have is our room came with a couch bed. Which should really be repoans it seems to be at least 20-25 years old.

The couch hide-a-bed most definitely needs to be replaced especially being in the executive wing. The breakfasta use to be good when it came from the kitchen. It now a buffet style breakfast. We passed on that. It wasn't great last time we stayed.

Friendly and professional staff. Large room and excellent gym. Nice bar and food available as well as the best buffet included.

Hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable. But we had a king for my daughter and I so it was still very comfortable. She just enjoys the hide abed for some reason

I like the spacious parking, easy to locate. The room was perfect for the three of us, clean and quite. Everything we need was met. Breakfast was all worth it because my children loves it.

I wish I knew how to lower down the aircon because it was a bit chilly because its raining besides that its all worth it.

Location is excellent, staffs are friendly, overall clean enough and worth the money, breakfast is also decent!

Room service are not regular everyday as stated in the bathroom which is understandable, but for 4 nights stay we running out of face towel and bath towels, also we did request from the front desk but unfortunately still no decent service provided.

The location was good, taxi service friendly and helpful. Bar was a bit limited in choice of draught beer.

Your breakfast menu needs changing eg no yoghurt or waffle making facility. No bacon either. Scrambled Eggs were the dried type. Not very tasty.

The Hotel is in great shape even though it's an old facility. It was obvious to me that the owners are looking after the maintenance that's required to keep a facility running efficiently. I found the staff to be exceptional whenever I had any dealings with them. They were all very professional and assisted me in whatever way they were able to. The breakfasts I had at the restaurant we're good and the staff who served me went out of their way to make me feel like I was an important part of their business. The room was comfortable and I felt like I had plenty of space. I like that I had a desk because this was a combination vacation and working trip; I did spend some hours working on my laptop and having a proper desk to work on made all the difference.
