Near to west edmonton mall…my niece forgot her ipad when we check out…one of the staff named ashley phoned and said that she found ipad in our room…i was so amazed of how honest she is….Honesty is the best policy…thank you Ashley

One of the staff said that need to pay if we park in the basement …i was shock when i heard it because says free parking when i book it…to all the hotel that i stayed so far this is the hotel that asking payment for parking…when we came back at night we went to the reception and talk about it and that nice guy said that there’s no fee and even ask who’s that staff is asking for the payment…good thing that i didn’t pay attention on the name if that staff because it was 7pm when we arrived and we were in a hurry to go to west edmonton mall in

Loved the location to the mall. The room was very clean & comfortable and the beds were so comfortable! The room was a good size and we had enough space. The parking was sufficient. Breakfast was a bonus too. The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff was great. We really liked them having a microwave on each floor for communal use - a nice extra.

The hotel could put a little more effort into the offerings for breakfast. The elevator broke down 2 days before we checked out & still wasn't repaired when we left. We were on the 3rd floor, so doing the stairs every time was a pain, and packing was a mission cause we couldn't use a cart for our luggage. These are minor inconveniences though, as there was nothing else we could complain about.

Free breakfast

Stayed for 5d4n. We asked for our room to be cleaned the day before we checked out theres this bad smell on the floor I am guessing it is coming from the mop that was used to clean the room, they did not replenish the toiletries. The soap is really small like a candy. Location wise really convenient just across WEM. though our stay was not perfect it did not affect our overall experience and will still be back.

Location is excellent for WEM, it’s not too far away from the highway. Quiet with very little road noise at night. Tea and coffee making, great shower plenty of hot water. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron, fridge (no freezer).breakfast included

The building is showing its age, although Reno’s are going on. Breakfast was limited and in paper plates !! Offer youghurt with very little fruit or granola. Just a little more thought.

So great to have a free breakfast. We also use the microwave and the vending machine. It was so close to the mall. Staff is so friendly and everyone who stayed there seemed really friendly and it really felt like a family place.

I wasn’t told about the room deposit until I got there so I was a bit confused by that. But it was fair and was charged back to my credit card. And also just the elevator seemed like it was never really vacuumed but everything else was great.

We weren't able to stay here because even though we informed them that we might arrive after 12mn, they gave away our room and they were fully booked when we came. They said they were calling my cellphone, but I don't have cell service since we came from abroad. PROS: they had a room ready for us at Fantasyland and this hotel is fantastic. The 9 rating is for Fantasyland.

The concierge gave us wrong directions going to Fantasyland (go left instead of right) and it made us walk a long way with all our luggages before we reached it.

The location is in a great spot. Across west edmonton mall.

We booked 4nights everything was ok until the last 2nights when their elevator stop working and we are at 3rd floor. Just so hard to use the stairs with the baby, stroller and other stuff with us. And until the check out day they haven’t fix the elevator and we got 5 heavy luggages, the baby and stroller to bring downstairs with just the stairs. If only they manage to get it fix right away since they only have one elevator our stay would be great.

The breakfast didn't feel "cheap". It was standard fare for free breakfasts, but it was very clean, the staff member Ilya was AMAZING, POLITE and FRIENDLY. Always busy, cleaning up, talking to guests. Astonishingly wonderful. I took her picture she was that good!

The toilet was slow, didn't flush right even with only water, and then something inside it broke and I heard a gurgling stream. I couldn't turn the water off because the handle was missing :( Just standard maintenance tho, they had a lot of towels to clean!

location, location, location

their advertisement on discounts to the water park are false. there is no discounts

everything was good, except the breakfast. that little room was constantly full. there was no room to sit. i skipped breakfast almost every day and went somewhere else. i paid for my breakfast and let my free one pass. i just didn't want to line up and wait for a table. i was there for work and i didn't have much time in the morning. People in the neighboring rooms took late showers at night and left the washroom fan running all night. that thing was squeeky and noisy.
