The room size an amenities were as expected. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have no complaints. Very happy. Breakfast was fresh, a decent variety and the coffee was good. There was even enough coffee in the room for the additional people in the booking which I was happy about. Pool and gym were quiet and well kept at the time we went. Very relaxing. Overall atmosphere was great. Hats off to the staff for a memorable stay. I don't always have this positive a stay at other hotels but this one made my trip exceptional. We will be back. Thank you all! ***One thing I need to mention is that we arrived a little earlier than expected. I was worried checking in early would be an issue and THERE WAS NO ISSUE checking in earlier. In fact it was met with a smile. This allowed us to empty the car and prepare for the evening.*** Thanks again!!!

Hyatt Place provides little things that were noticed and appreciated such as: door sweeps under the room doors to prevent hallway light and noise, towels provided at the pool, sleeves for the go cups at the coffee station. The included breakfast is amazing and was above and beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of hot, fresh cooked food (eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal and tortillas for wraps) that was topped up constantly. Cold offerings included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals. The coffee (Seattle's Best) was HOT and included cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate shakers for those wishing to flavor their coffees.

It is pricey, but in line with other hotels in the area. It appears anything close to WEM is expensive, even though we needed a place on the west end for other reasons.

Extremely comfortable and cute room. The King bed was amazing, I could have slept all day. Room was very clean and staff was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again!

The pull out sofa was pretty uncomfortable for our daughter, and there was only a sheet, no comforter so she was pretty cold overnight. I should have called to request one, so that was my fault. Hopefully for the next guests they do include one as nights can be chilly.

The breakfast was very good. Wide variety of items. Room was spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our room. The bar served food which was good quality at a fair price.

The pool was cold two of our three nights. The children were excited to use the pool but they couldn't stay in long because of the water temperature.

Overall everything was great, this was the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and services were as expected. The breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of selection. The pool was great, very clean and my kids enjoyed it.

Breakfast time could have been extended by half an hour. The current time for weekdays was 630am-930am, would be nice to have it extended to 10am. We were at the hotel on vacation and would have appreciated not having to rush in the mornings like we normally do at home.

Housekeepers were incredibly polite and and made sure that my stay here was as comfortable and didn't stress me out. Front desk also suggested that I should sign up for a rewards program that I didn't know about earlier! Since I'm pretty much becoming a regular here, I'll do just that.

Not a single thing I dislike this stay!

The room itself was good, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good lots of choice. A few things to complain about was that the room had not been cleaned ie bed not made up the next day and no new towels replaced.. Not enough bath towels as there were four of us and only 2 big bath towels and the rest hand towels. . More covers needed for the sofa bed .

The breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and I liked the down pillows. Liked the adults only time in the hot tub. The lobby was modern and inviting. The staff were professional and friendly.

I wished there was coffee available until noon. Oftentimes it was empty. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and after the shower, water was all over the bathroom floor afterward. There must be a better way to avoid this

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Room was very spacious and clean!

Laundry room wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the dryer didn’t work which was frustrating because many families were doing laundry so it was hard to find the time to put it in for another cycle. Staff said they were not able to help with this.

I wished I knew that there was the possibility to order food for supper as it was so cold outside. They should let every client know. I plugged our car and used the same electrical outlet as someone else and I think it blew the circuit because the next morning the car motor had not been warmed up and the I had to reset the GFI on the electrical box. I had to get the car boosted. The front desk called a taxi and they came quickly. That was nice. So maybe tell clients to use 1 car per electrical box? I should Have done this.
