The breakfast was very good. Wide variety of items. Room was spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our room. The bar served food which was good quality at a fair price.

The pool was cold two of our three nights. The children were excited to use the pool but they couldn't stay in long because of the water temperature.

Overall everything was great, this was the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and services were as expected. The breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of selection. The pool was great, very clean and my kids enjoyed it.

Breakfast time could have been extended by half an hour. The current time for weekdays was 630am-930am, would be nice to have it extended to 10am. We were at the hotel on vacation and would have appreciated not having to rush in the mornings like we normally do at home.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and I liked the down pillows. Liked the adults only time in the hot tub. The lobby was modern and inviting. The staff were professional and friendly.

I wished there was coffee available until noon. Oftentimes it was empty. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and after the shower, water was all over the bathroom floor afterward. There must be a better way to avoid this

I wished I knew that there was the possibility to order food for supper as it was so cold outside. They should let every client know. I plugged our car and used the same electrical outlet as someone else and I think it blew the circuit because the next morning the car motor had not been warmed up and the I had to reset the GFI on the electrical box. I had to get the car boosted. The front desk called a taxi and they came quickly. That was nice. So maybe tell clients to use 1 car per electrical box? I should Have done this.

The room itself was good, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good lots of choice. A few things to complain about was that the room had not been cleaned ie bed not made up the next day and no new towels replaced.. Not enough bath towels as there were four of us and only 2 big bath towels and the rest hand towels. . More covers needed for the sofa bed .

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Room was very spacious and clean!

Laundry room wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the dryer didn’t work which was frustrating because many families were doing laundry so it was hard to find the time to put it in for another cycle. Staff said they were not able to help with this.

The beds were comfy even the pull out couch. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and having multiple options was great

The staff brought up a blanket for the pull out couch and it was a scratchy, itchy thin blanket. No closet and the ironing board proved to be dangerous for my 2 year old, it was left in open with no holder.

The breakfast was great. There was a great buffet selection and plenty of food for guests. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Breakfast time during the weekdays could be extended to 10am. We found it was a bit rushed with 2 young kids to make it before breakfast ended. The other thing that could have been better is more washroom stalls in the pool/gym area. My son ended up having to rush to the other side of the hotel dripping wet to use the washroom because the one by the pool/gym was occupied.

Good location close to mall and other amenities . comfy bed, quiet and dark rooms at night meant we all slept great! Great breakfast selection.

Kitchen was not stocked but anything we needed was available from downstairs so wasn’t a big issue, we just had to request.

Hotel was good. Staff was excellent. My room washroom door was not working. I requesed to change the room. They changed my room. V cooperstive saff. Breakfast was v good. Lots of options

Room's washroom door lock may bother someone, especially if you are travelling with kid( 2 - 3 years old). It's v difficult to lock atleast for us.
