Room and building were clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Was only there for a short time and didn’t have a chance to have breakfast or use any facilities but would stay there again.

I booked online and didn’t realize the price was in US dollars. So room was a little more expensive then what I thought when I booked. That I was not pleased with. And front desk staff couldn’t do anything about it, which I understand. But maybe talk to your booking agents and ask them to change to Canadian dollars as I booked while in Alberta.

I booked this one for the location. I had an early morning meeting in the industrial part of Edmonton. This hotel was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed soaking the hot tub both late at night and after breakfast. I had it all to myself before check out. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Good vibes.

The Ricky’s all night grill closed a little early. But there are plenty of quick bites around the property. I found a Mary Brown’s.

The room was so clean! The beds so comfy! And it was very quiet couldn’t hear much from inside the rooms we had a double queen on 5th floor. Rooms were nice size and love having a tub in the bathroom.

Nothing bad to say! Only thing is would be nice to have a microwave in rooms to heat up coffee, food and the water for my son’s formula.. I used the keruig hot water and a cup and sat his bottle in it, took awhile but got the job done lol thankfully he didn’t yell too much waiting.

Ricky’s restaurant on location was great. Excellent food! However our double occupancy room only gave us 4 vouchers for 2 nights with the three of us in the room. We did make it work for us all to have breakfast but it would be nice to have a voucher for each person considering that breakfast is included with the rate of accommodation

Clean hotel and confortable bed

The worst tv channel selection available. After a whole day at work and coming back to the hotel, wishing to relax whatching tv Well the tv channels selection ( shaw) at this hotel is very pooror at least barebone Plus the bedl was made but poorely. I will try something else next time in Edmonton

it was great. close to where i needed to be.

the restaurant service at rickys was not ideal.. twice I had to wait 35 minutes for breakfast and dinner. Once i preordered and it was not ready when I arrived.. They definately need improvement.

The room was clean and bed were comfortable and it was quiet during my stay. Breakfast was excellent.

There was some preexisting drywall damage on the ceiling in the bathroom likely from a water leak that had yet to be repaired.

Location was great for us, as we wanted to be close to West Edmonton Mall. The hotel was great. Pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was working well. Convenience of the in-hotel restaurant was also great.

It was convenient for us to other family. The restaurant was great. had breakfast there both mornings. Staff was friendly. No complaints at all. Would go back again.

Have no complaints about anything.

It was good. We always enjoy a hardy breakfast.

There was no microwave in the rooms and the elevators were constantly out of order which made things difficult with a disability on the stairs for my son and I.
