I love all staff.they were very polite, very helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is also clean and housekeeping always clean our room.

Oh the airconditioner in our room could only be set to 16 degrees. If it is not set to 16 degrees, it would turn off. It was uncomfortable for us bec. If we set it to 16 degrees, it is too cold and if we don’t set to 16 degree, it is too hot bec. It would turn off. The pillows are not that comfortable as well - they are painful to the neck. I think the pillows need to be changed already bec. They could not support one’s neck.

Clean & spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Super minor but the only complaints in the room were that we couldn’t open the window in the bedroom to let some cool air in and the thermostat controls both rooms so we didn’t want to turn the air on and freeze out grandma. The only other thing was that we needed to ask for extra blankets for the sofa bed because the person sleeping on that bed in that room would have froze with the sheet thin blanket that was on that bed.

This place was great!! It had a wonderful breakfast set up. great selection. The pool was great for the little kids. A 4 year old and 8 year old. It does get busy though. It’s so fun for the kids and there is also a hot tub. For us the location was great. West Edmonton mall is not far. The room we got was quite big. We got a cot for one of the kids and there was still lots of room for the kids to play. There is also a restaurant right there in the same parking lot so that was convenient.

I can’t say anything I didn’t like about this place

Staff were professional, personable and friendly, quality breakfast, good gym and comfortable room, plus excellent restaurant on site for evenings too.

1. Safe didn't work. 2. I found the processing of securing my card (for potential room charges via midweek accounts run), half way through stay caused unnecessary confusion. When I questioned this, they were however, True to their word and nothing was taken from my account and they handled it very professionally. Thank you Would definitely recommend this hotel

Friendly staff, family friendly hotel near West Edmonton Mall, clean facility, fairly standard breakfast, free coffee available all day, my son liked the slide in the pool area, business area has a great printer/scanner/photocopier, weight room was adequate, pins are missing from a few of the machines. Overall standard hotel and good value. I’d stay there again.

This property is clean and enjoyable to be at. The pool and waterslide and splash fountain are a big hit with the kids. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast with breakfast sausages, mini egg option and lots of continental options.

The only negative thing about this property was that we requested to be next to friends and they couldn't accommodate.

This hotel is wonderful, the staff is very excellent and the cleaning ladies are meticulous. The breakfast has good options and the coffee is always on.

We had to have someone come and fix our tv on 5 separate occasions. It was super frustrating. And after 3 there is nobody to help with the tv, so we could not watch it most of the time.

Very nice swimming pool and whirlpool with a slide - the slide was the highlight for our kids - also the teenagers. Complimentary breakfast was very good and the access to coffee and hot tea came in handy.

The a/c was a bit noisy at night. Windows cannot be opened. One lamp didn't work, but the others were sufficient.

Breakfast was lovely and cleaning, breakfast attendants and staff were amazing, that is why I gave a higher rating as they made it worth the price. For one night in that location and style I’d normally pay $130-$150

The waterslide stairs could have been a tad cleaner but maybe it was a busy weekend. It was nice to have towels well stocked there for guests. They even added more when they saw it got busier. Most hotels always run out. We didn’t feel we had to grab a towel as soon as we got to pool or they’d run out.

Breakfast was great. Water slide was great. 24 hour gym was awesome, as well as hours for pool and breakfast. Staff was good. Location was great for us.

Price was ok. Big jump to add one more person to room. Bath tub was disgusting. All chipped and falling apart. Would be impossible to clean something like that. They threw a bath mat over top and pretended it wasnt there. So gross. Especially disappointing especially with the price we paid. Although the water slide was good, the pool was incredibly smalll and shallow. Absolutely no room for swimming in any way shape or form. But the kids seemed to enjoy the waterslide.
