Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely: very spacious, nice sized fridge and microwave, modern, clean, bed was very comfortable with ample pillows, and there were enough towels. The breakfast was adequate as well and the food was fresh. It was nice to have underground parking as well for my car.

Unfortunately, it is not that quiet/sound proof in the room. We were just down the hall from the ice machine and it was loud when people came to get ice. Also, the sound of other doors closing was noisy. We are coffee drinkers and we really missed not being able to have a coffee or two in our room before going for breakfast. There was no in-room coffee pot or coffee.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family trip that included multiple trips to WEM. Definitely within walking distance. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are not sound proofed but this didn’t bother us as there wasn’t any loud noises when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok. I would suggest they get a waffle maker instead of providing frozen eggos. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Seems newly renovated new place. It was very clean and the room was spacious, as if it had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and it was close to the mall, so it was the best place to stay. I strongly recommend this place to stay.

Overall it was EXCELLENT, but it was a little disappointing that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a really clean and satisfactory place.

The staff - Informative and helpful; bedding is comfy, spacious.

It would be much nicer if the hallway carpet color is brighter a bit e.g. dark red (instead of the current grey which makes it look too old and dull for the hallway); and there is obvious ugly big water spot on 3rd floor hallway carpet from some previous leak on 3rd floor hallway. Believe some carpet cleaner could clean that dirt. Suggest for hotel to provide cheap disposable slippers for the guests to walk on the room wooden floor.

Did not like the fact that a$200. Charge was Requested as a deposit and charged to my credit card for any damages that may result during our stay. Was informed it would be Credited after 3days if no damages occurred. In my 60 years of travel, no hotel has ever requested this. I will not be back because of this hotel policy.

close to mall, clean and friendly. good value

Breakfast was same every day, hot food variety would have been appreciated as it was scrambled egg and bacon for all 4 mornings. no where to hang clothes in the room and no shelves in bathroom for toiletries. Minor things but a bit of a niggle

This is a great property. Staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, pillows was the only complaint. If you like a really thick firm pillow you will love them. Been to many hotels that give a variety of pillow choices. Would love to see this at this hotel. I will definitely be back!

Excellent clean room. Very comfortable. I stayed here after a bad injury and the mobility shower was perfect, the staff also let me check in early for which I was very grateful! Decent breakfast, good location and really good value, would absolutely stay here again

Bathroom doesn't have a fan so gets very steamy and condensation

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Mark. Newer hotel, comfortable beds, great location right across the street from WEM.

Floors were dirty in our room and previous guests underwrar was left in the bathroom. Spoke to front desk and it was taken to housekeeping and addressed right away.

Location was excellent, nearby family and the Mall, and bus loop. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Staff very helpful and customer orientated. Room very spacious with lots of amenities, microwave , coffee maker ,iron.

Only thing for me was bed was way to firm..2nd night I slept on sofa bed.
