The location was good for us. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, which was important to us.

Breakfast ended at 10 even though it was Saturday morning. It would have been nice if we had until 10:30 or 11. The bathroom door in our room stuck shut. Since we were only there overnight, we just didn't close the door all the way and advised front desk in the morning. I did not get a receipt on check out and I thought it would be emailed to me, but I did not receive it by email either, which I found a little surprising.

The location was excellent, and the room was quite large. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, and we would stay again. This was our second stay in a slightly larger room, which was better for two big teenagers and two adults. One of our teenagers was very pleased with the jet tub.

Cost was a bit high, bed mattress on one of the queen beds was sagging and very worn - needs replacement. We were there for a sporting event that started at 7am, so sadly the breakfast did not start soon enough for our event -but there was no way to have a reduced fee because of this. We were incorrectly told breakfast would start at 6:30am, but in reality it did not start till 7am. We asked for a late checkout (1 hour extended) so we did not have to pack up gear so early in the morning before our sporting activity. We were told we had to ask for that at 7am on the day of check out - being able to confirm this (or have it denied) in advance would be better service.

Clean and good food both with breakfast and smitys

Front desk accidentally checked us out early. room services came into our room while I was in the shower, and my husband was still in bed. Then phoned us and woke him come up again and didn't offer any kind of compensation for their intrusion. The parking lot needs repairs badly. To much broken and uneven concrete/ asphalt it's a lawsuit waiting for a happening.

Love that there's no carpet. Breakfast was ok, but there needs to be more than 1 person manning the food and dining area. The woman working there worked fast enough for 2 people, yet there should have been more. There should be 1 person restocking the dining area with places, cutlery, keep eye out on tables that aren't cleared with dirty dishes, wipe the tables, etc. There should be another person preparing the food, another putting the food out. We had the same woman all 3 days. She did amazing and deserves a huge raise!

That the lady working breakfast was by herself with 0 help

We had a faulty air conditioner but were quickly moved to another room. We always like the quietness of the rooms and that was one of the reasons we came back. The room is tastefully decorated and clean. A good selection of soap and shampoo. We like the hot breakfast. Included in the hotel price, it saves a lot of extra money buying what would otherwise be a $40.00 meal.

The door was sticky and hard to open. The air conditioner was faulty in the room we had but as mentioned we were quickly moved with no problems.

The location was closer to the edge of town than we wanted to be but we didn't want a shared bathroom, which was all the B & Bs close to our destination had to offer. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, and although staff were a little slow to replenish items, they were very helpful and courteous.

There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. We like to travel with a nightlight to plug in in the bathroom so we don't have to turn on the glaring overhead lights for visits in the middle of the night.

We needed a last minute switch of hotels and this one came up they were very accommodating since we had arrived at least 8 hours before check in, they held our bags so we didn't have to drive around town with our luggage. It was easy, and quick and easy check in. Food was great in the mornings and we were situated really close to an exit which also was very nice.

I liked the location. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I had a good experience, and my family had a good experience. Most of my family thought the pillows were decent, but two members thought they were too hard. Other than that the overall experience was good.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable room. Cleanliness at the highest level! Very tasty and varied breakfast (as for such guest breakfasts) in a pleasant and comfortable place without plastic dishes.

The only drawback was the high hearing level through the doors (people could be heard walking down the corridor). But, given all the other advantages of the hotel, it is acceptable.

Because I was traveling for the weekend and I bring food with me the mini fridge was a micro mini fridge so was too small for my needs... if it had been a normal mini fridge it would have been absolutely 💯 perfect
