Great sized junior suits. Clean hotel and pool area is nice and big. Staff was very friendly.

I was supervising a visit for a family so our rooms were across from each other like I had requested. We were on the main floor which was fine. The tv wasn’t working in their room so we had a maintenance guy come help out. He got it working but it stopped again after 10 minutes so they had no tv. A couple came into the hotel from a late night at 345am and started arguing and swearing in the hall waking up all of our kids. They got in the elevator and continued to fight in which sounded like the room above us as we could hear them loud and clear through the vent. Our kids never went back to sleep so it made for a tiring day ahead. This definitely wasn’t in any fault of the staff but it made an uncomfortable sleepless night for both of our rooms.

The hospitality, the kindness of the staff. There patience was nice as well. Your facilities were very welcoming and convient. I quite enjoyed the amenities such as the pool. I wss very impressed the the adult time option. I was also equally impressed with your dining area for breakfast. All around our trip although only one night was one of our better stays and we will happily be returning

I can't say that there was anything that I disliked about your hotel.

Breakfast was nice, room was big and it was fairly quiet. Noisy doors when closing though. I liked that there was no carpet in the room. Loved the hot chocolate machine at entrance and staff was willing to "stir the chocolate" when it got watery. Staff was very friendly.

I had asked for the room to be cleaned daily but they completely missed two days and I had to ask staff on a third day to come in. Even then she didn't make my bed. I didn't like that there was a private elite swim club having lessons two days of the week (for a short time but just when I was able to swim) in the pool. I feel hotels make enough money from guests that they shouldn't be making more from private "elitists".

The room seems quite spacious. Location is close to Edmonton Mall. The room floor is laminate floor and so better than carpet. Breakfast is ok.

The bathroom is more dated and should be renewed with standup shower and better faucets. There’s only one elevator in the whole entire building, which is very inconvenient and when there is massive checkout, the wait is very long. Coffee is so diluted. Not tasty at all.

We loved our room. It was spacious and clean. Comfortable and clean beds. We also liked sink in a room and not in a bathroom. It saved us lot of time. Complimentary breakfast was realy good. Free coffee and hot chocolate for kids in a lobby was a big plus. Close to WEM (15-20 minutes walking). We would come back.

The only thing we didn't like is a rust in swimming pool. Water temparature was good but rust is all over of swimming pool.

Was close to the Mall and within walking distance to shopping and food.

My only negative comment was when I tried to adjust my reservation due to a family emergency, I wasn’t thrilled with the customer service. I booked through booking.com and contacted them first but was told to contact the hotel directly. When I did that the representative was less than thrilled that I called the hotel to change it. Didn’t leave a good impression for sure

You had everything if not in your room then somewhere in hotel. I brought shower gel for example but it was all here.

This was more too do with the noise especially in the evenings when you had kids running up and down corridors which brought others to front door. We are talking about 10:30pm too so maybe a reminder to people to be considerate as you have families of all ages

We loved the heated pool and how well maintained it was. Hot tub was meh. The whole pool area was well equipped as was the gym (one of the best we’ve seen as a hotel). Beds were a bit smaller but comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and polite.

The breakfast was a zoo and forgettable. It’s an older building and they only have one elevator for all 4 floors. It was dodgy at times and a bit of a wait.

I loved the way it was set up and all the different amenities. The breakfast was great - it could've used some hollandaise sauce, can you please add it to your menu?! We plan to come back again 😁

The pool was really cold and the beds were not very comfortable. My bed was tinted inward. I slept ok but it could be better.

We had a queen suit and it was nice and spacious for the 4 of us The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

There were 3 light bulbs burned out in the living area so we couldn't see very well in that area,. Maintenance eventually showed up the next day and quickly solved the problem. I'm just surprised that this wasn't noticed by the cleaning staff earlier. Also, the breakfast was ok but could have been better with some fresh fruit and more interesting pastries.
