Our room was easily accessible from the outside of the building and we were able to park right outside of our room which was great. Check in was great and the lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome, very helpful and accommodating. she went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She had an amazing style to match her personality. She was an absolute delight. The wait staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive and the food was great tasting and hot. The only sketchy part was the vending machine. our debit card would not work and it would not take cash. Other than that, this hotel was great. we would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

Not applicable. We were staying to attend a family reunion so never had breakfast at the facility. It was a nice room though and seemed very cozy.

The sofa bed was okay but left quite a bit to be desired. There were 6 of us staying there but there were still only 3 drinking glasses. It was not a problem for us but if someone had more than 3 people and wanted to stay there for a meal as there is a kitchen there were not enough plates, utensils, etc. I am sure that if you called the operator you could get more but it made you feel like they did not pay full attention to the booking. The pool was closed at the time.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I loved the room rate, the laundry facilities, the pool and sauna. The parking right outside my room, the friendly staff, the spacious rooms with lovely comfortable beds, and the bonus of the great restaurant in the facility. Best value hotel of my 2 week Canada trip

My only niggle, would be the lack of water filling facilities

Love the friendly and helpful staff. I stay at this location only when in Edmonton as I love the location, amenities, grocery store close, restaurants close, not too far from West Edmonton Mall and the pool is wonderful.

Pillows are too fluffy and lumpy. Beds not so comfy, maybe time for new ones.

We had to leave by the time the restaurant...8:00 a.m. and didn't get to have breakfast on the premises. Everything was great during our stay. The staff were amazingly accomodating

I overlooked that I had booked 2 rooms that were Handicap rooms. The accommodations could not be changed at the hotel because we booked through PayPal!? Not sure what difference that makes!? We wanted side-by-side rooms and could not have that. We did get across the hall but then we were beside(and across the Hall) a utility room and some were hearing a tic, tic sound which kept them up trying to find the source!? Eventually, everyone slept.

The staff were incredible.

At the pool, there was 1 instructor teaching community children how to swim, she was really hard on my children and even made one of them cry. We left one day earlier than planned bc I didn't want to have to deal with her My 5 children are special needs and do not get life like most kids. One thing they love is swimming, but bc they were touching her toys, she got upset and when I tried to explain them to her, she told me I was bullying her. That was a big disappointment to us.

Just the jacuzzi.. I have stayed here before & it was very nice, things worked,, just gone down hill, it sad.

Well everything else was broken or didn't even work ..the hot tub broken, steam room didn't even work either ..I won't be staying there anymore

Can have vehicle right out door and doors to inside and outside also close to McDonald’s for breakfast lunch or supper for quick bite on go

The pool had a bunch spiders in it this time. Not sure what happened there. Hopefully Hot tub gets working soon.

Interesting facility in good shape. Loved the loft room! Gave us lots of space to eat and relax together. Clean, in a safe area. Great customer service from friendly staff. Nice pool. Would stay again.

The fact that the hotel did not check in on the pool's usage when there were 4 children all under age 10 with very little parental supervision, extremely loud and disrestpectful of others around them. I was present in the pool with my 8 year old and no other parent/adult were present for the other 4 children, including one that was not yet able to swim (wearing floatation device, between 2-3 years of age).
