The comfortable beds

Not knowing how the shower head stays steady on.

The front desk guy named Shawn deserves a raise. The most helpful, friendly, kindest, funniest guy I’ve ever met at any hotel ever stayed at! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. They give out free coffee and tea non stop including cookies. Hot tub was hot and excellent. Perfect location right beside highway for easy access to food, shopping and more!

Went for a soccer tournament. Fast check in Beds were comfy, sheets were really soft Delicious breakfast Good size room Shampoo and conditioner good size in shower Good shower pressure The swimming pool is perfect for little kids as it is shallow and gets deeper Wifi is good Would definitely here stay again

The restaurant on site had terrible food

Liked the location. The room was very comfortable.

I was unhappy with the service in the room somewhat. The first night we got there the room was perfect. The second day our bed was not made and our dirty towels not picked up. The third day there was no one in our room. Our bed not made, still dirty towels and no new towels and no coffee or cups in the room and our garbage cans not emptied. I expected a little better in this regard for that is part of what we are paying for.

Excellent location and very clean. It’s an older building but well kept. Beds are new and comfortable. Price very reasonable

Disappointed the hot tub was closed for maintenance on a Saturday night especially when reopened on Sunday morning Maintenance could be done on a week day

older hotel but very clean and friendly desk staff. The little restaurant next door is truly a gem. Excellent breakfast. The server was great and friendly even thought she was incredibly busy with all of the guests.

Wish hotels around here provided evening meals as all inclusive type. Nowhere round here seems to do that.

The size of the room was unbelievable! We had pool access rooms and were quite surprised to have deck access. Also, this was the first hotel since COVID that actually provided housekeeping services during our stay. Every other hotel only comes into room after you checkout.

The continental breakfast was okay but if you are going to have mostly microwavable items, I suggest more than one microwave being available. It was a little chaotic when two volleyball teams were trying to use one microwave!!

The breakfast was great. My son loved the pancakes. The location was perfect.

There was alot of people drinking on property. It was a bit uncomfortable leaving the room during the evening.

Amazing hotel! We stayed here in between a long move and we are beyond happy! Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are VERY comfortable! The pool and hot tub complete the package! Wait... add the free breakfast as the cherry on top :) You can't beat this place! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for allowing our fur babies to stay as well!
