Upon arrival The Parking lot was a good size and close to the main doors which was very convenient. Every single staff member throughout our whole visit was just a pleasure to be around!!! “ Which I find is very rare nowadays “ The hotel was very clean as the staff were always working hard . oh and that waterfall… the wall display by the elevator just gorgeous. Check in was a breeze , room size good , beds comfortable, ac worked , our shower was huge . Nice warm hot tub, A good size pool ** WATERSLIDE IS EXTREMELY fun but FAST** some littles at the pool got hurt since you come fly’n down like a jet. Others loved it ! I guess it Depends on the person/age as it’s about a 6 ‘ drop at the end. “THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS MIND BLOWING” Our kids are picky eaters as well ,so having a lot of different choices they could each pick what they wanted was a true blessing all around !!!!

I was 1000% satisfied with our 2 day visit , even with end bill lol . When checked in for our 2 days stay the staff said I qualified for a bonus free nights stay if I wanted to change it as it was their promotion. Unfortunately I had to decline as I had to drive home for work. She then said confirm your account online and I’ll add it for the next visit . Upon check out I wanted to confirm with the different staff if it was added and also if there was a expiry date for the free offer . This lady looked at at me very shocked and said “ you had to use the 3 days stay at the same time of your arrival . I was very sad and disappointed as If Knowing this before hand I could have rearranged my work appointments and stayed to visit family ( which we hadn’t seen in a long time ) . 😢

Pool was great! Rooms were beautiful and comfortable! Staff was helpful and kind! Only thing I could recommend is to provide more towels at the pool …. they go fast! Also had someone above us or below us smoking cigarettes and the smell came into our room. Not much staff could have done about that. The hotel was quiet (on a saturday!) Pool was hours of fun! Will definitely stay again!

We planned a mother daughter slumber party as an end of year surprise for our 6 year old daughters and needed adjoining rooms. This was the only hotel we contacted that could guarantee us this type of room which was amazing. The girls loved the pool and the breakfast was wonderful as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we will see you again for our next stay!

We liked that we had a few plumbing issues with the room and they gave us the room complimentary because we were unable to switch rooms at the time. They dealt with the issue quickly and we appreciated them.

We were not happy to have the plumbing issues. They should of known that it was not working. These things need to be checked.

The breakfast was good, although we only had it once. The vicinity of the hotel was great! All amenities like shopping, food etc were either in walking distance or a short drive and was a short drive to the city if you wanted to go there.

Breakfast was great. Location was only five minutes from the TriCentre Arena, which was the venue we were attending.

On Friday night for some unknown reason at 1 am, middle of the night, someone decided to blow the dust around in the parking lot of The Sawmill which was outside our window. Totally unnecessary to do so at that hour of the night until 2 am, using front end loaders that scraped the bare ground and beeped on back up. Very upsetting and ruined our sleep, probably more disruptive to sports teams or athletes who had to compete early Saturday morning.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was very good to top off our stay.

There was a couple sticky spots on the carpet in our room. It was a little crowded and busy during breakfast hour.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety. I liked that they had waffles and sausage, not just cold stuff.

The smoke detector was beeping when we checked in but they fixed it fairly quick when we went to supper. The jets in the hot tub didn't work but otherwise was good pool too.

Large comfortable rooms. Very clean. Staff were excellent and attentive. Great selection in the breakfast room. Lounge had really good food and excellent service.

Felt like we couldn't enjoy the pool facilities because children had overran it. We tried multiple times to catch a quieter and more relaxed environment but always overran with screaming and splashing kids. The room coffee is not good unless it was the French vanilla.

Eggs were powdered, wish they weren't. BACON! No bacon. It could be better in my opinion.

Fire alarm went off and we all had to exit. Turns out it was someone's shower steaming?
