The staff. The people at this property literally make the best place I have found in Edmonton to stay. It’s been 6 months since I was there and I was still fully remembered, greeted enthusiastically, I was even asked about my surgery that I had in January, the day after my last stay at the Super 8. That just blows my mind. Everyone from the front desk, the breakfast room supervisors, the housekeeping and maintenance staff are all so friendly and helpful and VERY accommodating.

Not a thing. Everything was great, as usual!!

The front desk staff are VERY polite and VERY accommodating!! I have internal health issues & need very soft chairs to sit on or it’s painful. The chair in my room was an older wood framed one with just a little pad of cushioning. I asked if I could possibly get a much softer chair (like the one I had in my room my previous stay). I wasn’t even back in my room before they were knocking on the door with a very cushiony soft and comfortable sofa chair!! 5-STAR service at this modest hotel! I’ll take that over a fancier coffee pot any day!

Some paper plates, napkins and cuttlery (just a couple of each) by the coffee area would be nice :)

Breakfast was great! There were basic options to choose from but a decent variety. The location was great as well. It was about 20 minutes from most attractions in Edmonton as well as downtown. It is also worth mentioning that the room was rather spacious and it felt almost too big for one person! Overall, the value was practically unbeatable!

As a solo traveler, at times, it felt uncomfortable to walk into and out of the hotel as there were individuals hanging out front at different points in the day. Although they seemed harmless, it would be something to note if one is staying there alone.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. I’ve stayed here twice in the past several weeks, the last time was 3-4 weeks ago. When I walked in the front door for today’s stay, the lady at the front desk exclaimed “welcome back!!!!!” I don’t know what made me so memorable with all the people who come & to but it felt really good! :) they made sure I had what I needed in my room before I even arrived. It may be a truck-stop Super 8, but the staff makes it feel like a luxury 5-star resort.

Night staff were very friendly even though I was exhausted from driving. When we got to our room I was pleasantly surprised. Free continental breakfast was as expected, free coffee. Had no problems during our 2 night stay. It was actually really quiet.

Outside of property was a bit dated, I was a bit worried but I read that there were repeat customers so I had faith. Dining room was quite dated but you know, free food and coffee. Morning staff did say good morning but night staff seemed a lot more happy to see me.

Large private rooms, clean and quiet building. Staff is very friendly and helpful with rebooking three extra days and honoring the same price. Always greeted with a smile and hello making you feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. This hotel definitely stands out significantly over other hotels for overall quality and service with value for the price! Thanks again super 8

The new policy is on the third day of our stay, we had to step out of the room so the cleaning people could vacuum the floor, even if the room was already clean and we received new towels. Inconvenient but still ok.

The front desk staff are very accommodating. Gave me early check-in, I had to unexpectedly extend my stay by one day, and the. They allowed a late checkout. A-1 staffing!! the breakfast room Is great. Typical free hotel breakfast, hits the spot! And the coffee in there is good!!

The coffee available in the rooms is extremely weak and takes about 10 minutes for it to brew a cup, one little squirt at a time!! Hahah

It was in a convenient location and because it is affiliated with a truck-stop group it has more conveniences such as expanded laundry facilities.

Since we are handicapped and need more space to assist each other, most bathrooms in most hotels are much to confined! I didn’t specifically ask for an accessible room but they were aware that we had mobility issues and accommodated us according to what they perceived that we needed.

It was clean and the staff was wonderful. I liked that there was a bar and a restaurant attached to the hotel. The bar staff were awesome with good sense of humor and fun.

Didn't really like the neighborhood but wasn't a deal breaker I would stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had all of the necessary amenities.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I expected hot eggs, not cold hard boiled ones. Also, the waffles could have been made with a waffle maker. The toaster waffles were a big disappointment.
