Well my favourite part was being upgraded without even being informed. It was my wedding weekend and we had booked a smaller queen room because the big king room was booked so we were talking to the front desk about how we can fit the wedding party in the small room its no big deal. She had said that if shes able to switch some things up to get us the room she would call us to let us know so we could pay the difference. We checked in and what did we check into? The large king suite. We were literally bamboozled. We felt so special. Thank you so much Emma and team, You all are really great.

Not a darn thing. Everything was just perfect.

Bed was too soft for me but that is a personal choice. Unfortunately the second elevator was not functioning so that was frustrating. Hope repairs are done by now

Perhaps not related to the hotel but it was frustrating that the restaurant was closed. Again, I hope it reopens soon

The staff was very helpful and polite. The Manager (Barry) as well as his duty staff all tried to be accommodating to the needs of the guests. Even the room cleaning staff put a few extra complementary items (coffee pods, teas) when they noticed our consumption. The facility also felt very secure with the individual floor access through the key card in the elevator. The facility was also quite clean.

They key card has to be inserted in a slot in the elevators control panel, but one has to often try several times or be a little assertive with the key card as the system doesn't pick up the signal. I figure this will degrade in the long run and they should have a proximity sensor rather than a card insertion mechanism. In the laundry room there were two washers and two dryers, but only one each was functional.

The location is good, friendly staff.

They have free breakfast, but the quality and the quantity of the breakfast didn't match the standards of other hotels at the same price range around the area. The technology used for key cards seems to be too old. They are too sensitive and you wouldn't be able to unlock your door if you had put the key card and your cellphone in the same pocket. Or even if they would just come close together. So every time we stepped out, we had to go back to the receptionist and reactivate the key card.

The hotel is conveniently located for where I needed to be. The bed was comfortable and amenities were okay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is a bit dated and could use refreshing. Key cards kept needing to be reset (despite keeping separate from phones and magnetic fields).

I loved the room: the bed was super comfy, there was extra pillows, beautiful finishings in the room, nice view from the balcony, good water pressure, and had a life saving air conditioner.

I disliked how rude one staff member was, who also over charged us, and then preceded to joke about wanting to over charge us even more; and due to the fact that it is pet friendly, unpon our checkout we went to take the elevator down only to find out a dog had relieved itself in there and therefore had to take the stairs down instead.

The room was spacious and the bathroom with a separate shower was a nice touch. The place has an older layout but is comfortable.

The lady at the front desk charged us extra for bringing our dog into the hotel. I had purposely booked a pet-friendly room on the website. No mention of extra charge was mentioned. It did feel like an ambush and a cash grab. Had we known about the extra charge we may have looked elsewhere. The staff was very friendly except for the one woman who went out of her way to be rude.

I didn't like the supervisor over there. As i have explained him the situation about payment but he was saying Direct "No" to half cash payment and many of my friends told me that they accept because they pay cash. But i dont how he reacted . So disappointed regarding that.

Stayed in room 201. It is huge with a walk-in closet. There was a stain on the carpet but other than that the room was immaculate. The room is also very quiet. I didn't hear so much as a whisper outside my room throughout my 2-night stay. Beds are comfortable. Lots of parking available in a well-lit area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

I would have to get pretty nit-picky to find something wrong.

Breakfast was small but good enough, the location Is great, very close to plenty of fun things to do.

It’s an older building but it’s awesome.
