It's amazing place if your a frequent solo traveller to edmonton!

I wish that when paying by debit wasn't such a big security deposit especially when you have stay more than 5 time in a year. When They know you there should be a hey here's a $50 deposit cause you be a loyal customer. But that just my 2 sense. Still love it there. Just had no room for me this time traveling

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed, even a larger fridge and freezer. I thought the noise might be a problem but once the door was closed we didn't hear anything. I was very impressed. We will be back. Great value for your dollar.

This place is awesome it’s not family friendly but if your into the night life of edmonton. Thank this place bevagse it houses the girls and men that serve alot of different ppl discreetly from here.

The foyer was quite nice and clean and the man at the desk was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The outside of Royal Lodge looks a bit run down and it is on a busy road. I don’t notice any traffic noise from inside our room.

This place is in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. I discovered an amazing buffet called Towne Chef. I loved the food there. The motel is amazing. My room was gigantic with a jacuzzi and people were so nice. I am glad I stayed here.

Clean, quiet and the staff was great

Nothing negative about this place whatsoever. The rooms are so nice and clean. Beds are so comfy with nice clean and spotless linens. Check-in was smooth and quick

The room and facilities were surprisingly clean, good and renovated, staff was pleasant, it's really a hotel like staff and quality inside of the motel.

The area is more industrial like so feels a little deserted past sunset hours, but

Didn’t have breakfast but the room I had a large space as well as a sink and dishware if I chose to. As well as the jet tub was amazing

After I drained the jet tub I noticed there was a dark ring of dirt or maybe dead skin I am not sure around the tub. I had a shower that same morning and exfoliate often . Thinking maybe the nets weren’t cleaned regularly.

The men at the front desk in the morning and evening shifts were excellent. I was booking for a friend and it has been a challenge to do that for various reasons, but they helped me through it and were very kind.

Location and access to services in the area and convenient to other locations.

High traffic area and convenient for vehicles to be broken into, caution advised.
