Great breakfast in a convenient location.

I specifically booked this location as it had a Ricky's "All Day" restaurant on site and I would be arriving late on Sunday evening. I was disappointed to find the restaurant closed at 8pm, so I had to go to a grocery store to buy my dinner. Yes, there is another restaurant on site - with Indian cuisine - but I didn't want to risk that type of food late at night when I had a busy day on Monday.

Location was good. The price was better than most other hotels. It was quiet. Had great service at front desk & having the restaurant in the hotel was convenient.

Parking was limited due to a full house. I was thankful that I didn't have to leave hotel or I wouldn't have found parking for sure. Hotel is quite dated.

the staff were very nice. one of the elevators was not working properly so they had a staff member in the elevator at all times. the hotel was very busy with kids sports teams, they managed to do a very good job of keeping the teams separated from the other guests, the floor we were on you would not know there were many kids teams in the hotel.

this hotel is very close to the CN yards so you do hear the trains at all hours, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room at the front of the hotel instead of the back where the train tracks are

Comfortable rooms as always, friendly staff. Holiday Inn Conference Centre South is usually always my first choice when staying in Edmonton. As far back as 2017/2018

Disappointing that the internet seems slower than it used to be and none of the Ethernet connections at the desks are working for me. Not sure if the hotel disabled them or my cable is faulty.

It was clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. State of the room while not thoroughly very modern was in good shape and your average hotel look. I have no idea whether the area we were in was good or bad, we were only there for one night met friends who also stayed there and we just stayed in the room visiting. It was very easy to get to coming in from the south on Highway 2. When the room includes breakfast it is a separate menu, or you can put the voucher towards any item on the regular menu and just pay the difference.

The only thing I could say and this is so minor, was the toilet paper holder was quite rusty and could use replacing.

Good. It was Ricky’s restaurant accessible from the lobby.

The carpets in main hallway needs cleaning. It is in a bit noisy area.

An excellent hotel, we always please with its comfort and service. No matter what country we stay in, we always choose this hotel.

In this location, it would be great if the hotel provided earplugs, since the train often passes by and makes it difficult to sleep at night.

The rooms were quiet and clean. The front desk staff were primarily very friendly.

The hours of operation for the restaurants. I came back from a concert and didn't have any place to eat because the restaurants were closing. Knowing that there was a special concert in the city which made the hotel busier than usual. The restaurants should have made an exception stayed open longer for the guests to get something to eat. There was quite a few guests that were looking to find a place to eat which includes the two hotel restaurants only to find them closed. at 11:00 pm on a weekend. They lost out on a lot of business.
