The hot tub was brilliant

They have 2 different rooms with hot tubs. We booked based on the photo of the room selected (king executive, huge square hot tub in massive bathroom), and when we arrived, we were given small jetted tub in the main room. Went back down to show what I booked, and the lady at the desk decided that I didn't pay enough for that room, but would upgrade me for an additional 10.00. I didn't mind, but it was kind of ridiculous. Suite was very nice, very relaxing.

Wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and neat. The thing we enjoy the most was our breakfast experience with Lori. She is wonderful, attentive and was always on top of the service. She even prepared some snack bags for our kids for our long trip we had ahead. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We didn't like the fact that there is no pool in the facilities but they offered us some coupons for the Millennium Centre which is only 4 minutes away from the hotel. The kids had a great experience at that place.

The shower was the best I've ever had in a Hotel with ridiculously good water pressure. Holiday Inns have both soft and firm pillows on each bed. The included breakfast at all Holiday Inns are really good with both hot and cold food items. There is something for everyone. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable. This Hotel is clean, safe, and quiet.

The "elevator music" in the main lobby is a bit annoying and not necessary, in my opinion.

Beautiful room, very comfortable, absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub, great water pressure in the shower as well. Wonderful breakfast options and GOOD coffee! I do not say that often with hotel stays! Fast wifi and incredibly warm and friendly staff. I will definitely book back here for our next visit!

Is not near a public transit line so if you book here expect to drive, rent a car, cab or Uber:)

My cat and I enjoyed a nice quiet, cool, comfortable room. Lots of space. Nice and clean. My cat loved the window ledge because he could watch the birds in the trees. The breakfast was outstanding. The whole experience was a great way to start off any day. :)

The ice bucket(rot smell/mold. I would place the ice buckets upside down with lid off. Plastic bag on top of bucket. tv went funny the next morning. Had only one channel. For most people that is such a minor issue. It is a very minor problem. However I am a couch potato.

This is our second time staying here for kid-free time and it was just as good as the first. Both times we have been happy with everything! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and well stocked and the staff are all awesome! Although I have yet to get up in time, the breakfast that they offer looks fantastic.

The only issue we had this time was that our hot water wouldn’t get hot in our room.

Location is excellent for those traveling on the Yellowhead. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and the heating/cooling system is very quiet.

It's often customary to present ID to verify that you are the person who will be occupying the room. What is not customary is for staff to copy information from your drivers license onto their database. I don't want that information on any hotel database and will not allow that to happen again.

The vending machine company …. Third floor nothing hardly in machine n main floor are 12 dollars of mine n wouldn’t return my money and all digital stuff was in French … I’m sorry Alberta isn’t Quebec I wasn’t impressed and the number o was given was too many numbers to contact to text !!! Never again will I support the vending company

Pretty good but should have had some egg options without meat. Also the lids did not stay up, and there was really no counter space which made it very hard to dish up. Staff were helpful though.

There was a fragrance spraying at the front door that was quite strong and would have been terrible for someone with a perfume allergy

Very friendly service and efficiently looked after when we checked in. The room was nicely appointed. Comfy beds. Appreciated the armchair; used it for reading while my wife used the writing desk. Appreciated the use of refillable containers in the bathroom for hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Beats the heck out of those wasteful little packets. Good breakfast; really liked the omelette! Got my day off to a nice start before we headed out to Elk Island Park for a day of hiking.

Generally very happy with our stay as the service and accommodation more than met our expectations. At breakfast, I noted the dining area staff went out of their way to take care of shortcomings in available items.
