The one manager was super approachable and friendly. Everything was clean, pool was awesome. My kids loved it. The breakfast was awesome, just get there early so you can get the food before other guests 😄 my kids loved the waffle station, and omelets were a surprise but great too. I liked that whenever I needed something I could just ask the desk and get it on the spot (family of 6, we always needed towels)

The hallways are terribly hot, and if I didn't catch the cleaning lady to say I wanted the room done I had to go and ask, I would hace preferred they did it anyway and I can let them know when I don't want it done by use of a door hanger

I really appreciate the ease of check in and check out. I simply have to hand my swipe card to the front desk and say my room number and a receipt is automatically sent to my email. Being recogized as a frequent client - this means something to me and I do feel valued, It is one of the reasons I continue to book at this hotel.

The one thing that has always been an issue for me (and seriously this is not a big issue but the only one I can thnk of!) is the pool hours. I often arrive late or leave early and never get to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. I would appreciate some flexibility on the hours to access the pool/hot tub.

Great pool, game room was super fun!

Some of the other guests had many kids running around, leaving garbage, tearing down posters in the elevator, being noisy until all hours of the night and horsing around and blocking the water slide from others using it. Staff was helpful when it was mentioned. Aside from this, we had an amazing stay!

Modern decor, excellent amenities, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, great staff, housekeeping kept the room clean or checked in daily to see if we wanted our room cleaned, and the continental breakfast had a great selection. Will stay here again!

Location, very nice rooms, pool/hot tub, great breakfast. Special shout out to the Front Desk staff. Very pleasant and friendly during both check-in and checkout. Had an issue with a credit card charge that the staff (Kayla?) was able to promptly correct after I noticed it the day after my checkout.

Room was clean, king bed was comfortable and the staff are great, Cindy is always a joy to deal with and makes you feel welcome.

The heating unit took all night to warm up the room. Probably needs a service, but it wasn't cold enough to call for maintenance.

Great price for one of the cleanest, safest, comfortable for price. I have been staying here for over a decade. It nice to have staff that remember you.

Only concern is that I had a room adjacent to what I think was the laundry facility and at times I heard the washers and dryers. First time in 10+ years. It was ongoing and not a huge issue more of a small annoyance. Other than that, fantastic upgrades. Very comfortable.

Enjoyed the room /suite . Also enjoyed the games room . The brekfast was a good start to my day.

Confusion between online booking payment and reservation. But after proof of online booking on my part it was corrected.

The staff were exceptional, breakfast was great and everything for the value was superb. Thoroughly impressed with our stay.

Near paper-thin walls, you could hear everything going on outside in the hallway and the people in the rooms beside you.

Property was in good condition. The amenities were nice to have. The pool and hot tub was clean and in good working order. The 24 hr fitness centre was clean and had a variety of equipment to use. They also have a games room with a selection of board and card games. As well as three arcade games for guest to use. The room was nice and clean.
