The breakfast had a large selection of items to choose from. I was late arriving and the breakfast was closing in a few minutes. Some of the cooked items were starting to dry out because they had been sitting for awhile. This was entirely my own fault for being late. I realize the hours of the breakfast are set to accommodate people who had to go to work but for those of us that could sleep in a little, it would have been nice if even 30 minutes could be admitted to the closing time. I was, however, able to manage a perfectly acceptable breakfast.

My only thought is about the hours of the breakfast room. That is a minor thing however.

Big, comfortable room, very clean, near some fast-food restaurants which would be convenient. We instead drove into town (about 10 minutes) craving a good, Alberta beef steak. Went instead to Mr. Mike's which was shockingly over-priced for a sub-par steak.

The check-in person told us the TV wasn't working because of a power outage the night before but assured us it would be fixed "soon". By check-out the next day, it still wasn't fixed. With nothing to do in this small town, the TV would have been very much appreciated...

Amazingly friendly staff. WiFi great for catching up on work. Room spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was reasonable for the price.

Only access to hot water in the room was a small percolator that was contaminated by coffee and not clean.

Food could have been hotter , holding trays keep them barely warm I would say. Would only be hot food if you were there when they were just putting it in the Trays. Good variety of food.

Hotter food. Was nothing else I did not like

Love the that this property is well maintained and clean, clean clean. We had a hockey team at the property and they were amazing. Quiet at 11:00 and not a problem with the boys from the hockey team.

The parking is a little tight for the amount of trucks that are parked in the parking lot. Would be perfect for cars but trucks not so much. This is truck country and lots of oil workers so trucks are the majority of the vehicles that are in the parking lot. The parking spots need to be bigger so you do not end up with door dings all over your vehicle.

There was plenty of selections for breakfast. My only concern was that the hot items were not kept very hot. Would have liked fresh fruit but there was none set out.

The bed was too soft for my back.

The accommodations were good and the room was clean and presentable.

It took twenty minutes to check in. The reception person was unwelcoming, cold, and indifferent to me upon checking in. I had to ask for site information that I believe should have been forthcoming from her. She did not make eye contact with me at any point in the check-in process. This was disconcerting, to say the least. I will not return again.

It's cleanliness, liked the fact that there were rooms where pets were not allowed because I have allergies, and the complimentary breakfast

It was close to my family

The king bed was so comfortable and we all had an amazing sleep while there. Also the breakfast spread was nice and big. Lots to choose from.

They didn't have a playpen for our kid, most hotels do, so maybe something to get for the hotel for younger traveller's.

Our room was very spacious and very clean. A free breakfast was also provided as well as a cappuccino machine for use throughout the day
