Extremely clean. When my room wasn’t cleaned in the morning it was cleaned at night. We never had to ask for additional towels or anything as everything was always restocked. Breakfast was delish. We will stay here again. Thank you.

I like the room and the food breakfast was awesome and delicious. The staff were very nice! I would definitetly comeback to this hotel.

The pool was close the next morning ,we didn't enjoy the pool and that is one of the reason why I like the hotel because of the pool but we didn't had a chance to swim in the next morning.

The room and the staff were great. Lots of parking and it was easy to get anywhere in Cold Lake. Very good price. Lots of choice for breakfast. The pancake maker was a nice change from the waffle makers at other hotels.

Hot tub was cold one day and there was construction in the hallway. The next day it was back to a good temperature. The omelets were cold one day but the other days they were good. Very few TV channels seemed to work.

We loved the location and how easy it was to find. Absolutely awesome breakfast and staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff met our requests for a quick and accessible room as we are both mobility challenged. WE were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

A hot cup of coffee on arrival would have been deeply appreciated after the long road trip. When there are so many guests to set up breakfast for,, such as the road crews and a tour group, plus regular guests, a helper for the girl who sets it up would have been nice as it was overwhelming to the staffer who was looking after it. She managed it but she was in a frenzy making sure there was enough for everyone. It was diffficult to watch someone go through that and you just want to jump in and help.

We loved the large seating area in our Deluxe Suite! It made our stay extra comfortable and we could spread out to work/eat/watch movies. The beds were very comfortable. The room included all the amenities we needed - fridge, microwave, Keurig, great wi-fi, lots of towels, lots of plugs, and conveniently placed USB ports for charging all of our devices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that would have made it better would be a location closer to the lake for a water view. =)

hotel was great, staff was friendly, the internet is not console friendly, they block the gaming ports.

No garbage bags provided on garbage bins inside our room but the rest are perfectly fine

The mattress need to be changed - they so soft and Holiday Inn typically have firmer bed but this time it was so soft that caused us to have back pain.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great.

There was a hockey tournament during the weekend we stayed here so the pool was chaotic and loud. Kids will be kids so we were ok with it.
