What I did like was overshadowed with the disappointment with Booking.com & the hotel staff for not accepting my request to cancel the 3rd day!

Tried to cancel the third day for only a two day stay. The hotel staff said they could not cancel because it was booked through “Booking.com”. Cancellation had to be done through “Booking.com”. Using “Booking.com”, my booking confirmation # and pin # I tried over and over, numerous times to cancel the third day. Every time, day after day, I submitted the cancellation it would return with a message “Try Again Later” until it was too late to cancel. So we only stayed 2 days but had to pay for 3 days. I will never use “Booking.com” and don’t recommend using Booking.com”.

Just clean and convenient. Front desk loaned us a plug to use for our cell phone—no questions asked!

We could not they the room to cool down, and forgot to ask the front desk the next morning!

Staff went above and beyond and were so friendly to my family. Their pet friendly rooms worked so well for having a dog , there was a door to outside in a perfect place.

The beds were very hard/stiff And we could have used an extra pillow .. but that wasn’t a huge deal.

I love the place, the room is so spaceous and cozy. It is very clean and neat. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend New Imperial Inn to my friends. If I have to come back to Cold Lake, I would definitely book again with New Imperial Inn. Thank you for the comfortable stay and superb customer service!

The staff was very good to deal with . The 1 problem we had was handled very promptly and to my satisfaction . Very nice place.

This hotel is extremely clean. It is an older hotel, but that doesn't matter because of the cleanliness.
