The breakfast was good but plain. The room was excellent. High end bathroom fixtures and the bed was comfortable. I loved the extras like a guest laundry room, the pieces of furniture scattered around so you can sit and have a visit with friends and the maps of the town were very helpful. This is a very nice hotel, our experience was great and we will stay here again, especially for the price and free breakfast.

There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body soap. The main waitress who worked the breakfasts and lunch was cold and unfriendly and stood in the kitchen doorway and watched the patrons eating, I know finding enough people to work is a challenge so maybe a little training would help.

We arrived by motorcycle. The staff at the front desk were friendly, informative and helpful in directing us to our room. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary brkfst exceeded our expectations and was delicious. The Pub staff were friendly and took time to engage in conversation, which added to the enjoyment of the evening. We'll go back for another stay! We parked our Honda Goldwing in front of the hotel so staff at the desk could keep an eye on it overnight.

No complaints or dislikes.

We had tons of fun at the bar that is attached to the hotel & everyone was very friendly. Bar staff is great! We also enjoyed the Brunch which was included in our stay. REAL food. Delicious. Our king room with kitchenette was great as well!

The shower tile that you stand on was quite grimy and we actually went out and bought our own bath matt as we weren't comfortable standing in the shower bare feet

The breakfast spread was incredible full buffet. Which is included in the rate of the room. The location was perfect, super close to all the basic amenities and the beautiful moose lake. Comfortable!!

A pool?

The breakfast was amazing And the evening meal at the restaurant was great. The staff is friendly , courteous and able to help when asked for assistance.

Ground room floor was quite cold. Mats in the bathroom would be great because it felt you were walking on ice with bare feet.

The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones I have been to in any hotels. As well as the gym pass to the rec center was nice.

When I asked for my room to be cleaned in the morning I came back to the same room that had not been touched.

They responded to my requests in a timely manner and breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and super comfy. They were also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me.

I had brought my dogs as they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. But they put me by one of the busy entrances which meant everytime someone would slam the door my dogs would bark. The server in the pub though really needed to stop chewing her gum and know the products a bit better. Asked for a cab sav off the menu and she came with a pinot grigio and admitted she didn't know the difference. She then came back with a merlot

great buffet breakfast, very clean hallways and rooms. very courteous staff.

had to walk out around the building to get to a conference room as I had a 4yo with me and they could “lose their liquor license” for walking 10 steps through the bar to the conference rooms 🤪. No bathtubs. strange shower setup with a glass half-wall instead of a door or curtain - so ended up with wet bathroom floors each day.

This property is more than it seems. Decor is lovely. Staff are friendly. Lots of food options.

Outside is deceiving. This place is much nicer than it appears.

Excellent customer service from all staff and breakfast was great. Shades completely darkened the room.

Pillows weren't comfortable for someone with neck pain.
