It is a nice property and would consider staying g there again if in the area.

I am concerned about the front desk staff. Not a huge issue but the person that checked us in, sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. Second room - This is a much bigger deal - someone entered our room at 9:45 pm with a validated key. Both my husband and I were in the room and were quite shocked by this. Had I been in there alone, or had we both been out, this may have caused some considerable problems. Fortunately, the man that was given a key to our room was considerate and immediately stepped out and went to the front desk where he apparently had to wait a long time to be re-checked in.

Love the entry, breakfast space, artwork and layout. The indigenous toiletries are amazing! Your breakfast staff Heaven worked so hard. I appreciate the diligence he brought to his work.

Silly as it sounds, your elevators close way too fast. We are younger and active people and were hit by your doors, more than once. If you’re loading luggage inside, you’re going to have the door close twice. I’m not sure if the timing can be calibrated, but holy smokes, it’s an injury waiting to happen!

Amy and Vanessa and the rest of the staff were amazing and very accommodating for my set up as an entertainer. they made it easy for me to set up as they changed aspects of the room to make my show the best it would be... and it was amazing!!! One of the best hotel teams i have had the pleasure of working with. Btw, as a person who has stayed in 1000's of hotels, they are among the best

THEY OFFER THE BEST CRIB!! If you have an infant, you gotta stay at this hotel. We have been travelled and stayed in 3 different hotels so far, and they offered the best crib. Thick yet firm crib mattress too! We really loved our breakfast there too. Freshly cooked pancake was must have. My hubby really liked hashbrowns.

Shower does not have door, so it splashed out of showerbooth. Toilet paper holder does not have closed end so toilet paper fell each and everytime we used it. Shower rack was loose and fell on my hubby. Pool was fine but no towels there. (We really did not enjoy 4 kids owned the pool played really rough even tho we went in there with infant. could not stay too long. it's not hotel's fault tho)

Wish it was closer town

The property was good but no restaurant in the hotel only morning brunch but what about lunch and supper ..I couldn’t take my child to Casino wasn’t allowed.. had to drive to 20 minutes for a restaurant and swimming pool was closed .. plus had to ask for sheets and blanket for pullout single bed ..there was no extra pillow ..

I liked the location, the beds, the breakfast, the price, the staff.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived tired at 7PM. But Lakota who was working alone at reception that evening was so congenial and helped speed things up. She also graciously aided us with the AC which seemed a bit stubborn. And the room keys which often didn’t work. Thanks, Lakota!

i like how ita got gas store and a casino\ bar that you could meet and have business meetings in both hotel and casino nice comfortable and friendly place vary good service i appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff is

how they treated me at first like i was poor or something like that because of the way i was dressed compared to the 2ed time i when there made me think of other ppl going there and how they should not judge by the way a person is dressed or just because there native

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is perfect and welcoming, I think it's the best hotel in the area.

I didn't like the total absence of a continental breakfast,

I travel for work and stay at decent amount of hotels and this has by far been my favourite hotel stay! The staff are phenomenal, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and coffee was always available. They pay attention to the little things that make a stay nice; like full sized towels. I also really love that there was a big seating area to enjoy - I was able to both meet with my clients there and get some computer work done later in the evening.

The only minor things I could "complain" about is that the mini fridge was a little small and there is no microwave in the room. That said most people don't bring as much food with them as I do and there was a microwave in the lobby which allowed me to get to know the staff better.

No complaints but if I had to say anything , the payment policy is a little odd they charge an extra 250 for damages witch is ok but the keeping it for 7 days is a little out there. It’s the only place I’ve stayed that does that
