Location was easy to find and in walking distance to the store, breakfast had a variety of choice, the staff keep it very clean and supplied they aways greeted with us with a smile and said good morning. Elevator always smelled clean like that fresh vacuum clean smell. Very well-maintained hotel and friendly staff - house keepers always asked if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quarters for laundry - don't usually have quarters on hand now a days - but the staff was great at giving change when they had and possibly expanding the snack section to add healthy snacks for diabetics to their choice of goodies for late night snacking or to increase a low blood sugar level. the pool was very nice, rented it for my daughters birthday along with the conference room. only $150 for 4 hours access to both

i did not like that the conference room and pool were on opposite ends of the hotel, it was very inconvenient for guests to access. ended up booking 3 rooms, 1 for 2 nights, 1 for 1 night and 1 for 4 nighta and was given no discount which sucked as I feel there should have been something.

Pool was under supposed to be closed for renovations but when we to go check (around 9 PM) there were many people in the pool and in the hot tub and in the locker room area. And the worker can lock the door when we came. Many signs said it was supposed to be under renovations why were people in the pool?

Worker who came lock the pool entrance didn’t explain why they allowed the other people in the pool then comes lock the doors on us. Rude

The pool and hot tub was good as was the breakfast included with the stay.

The room wasn’t very soundproof and you could hear the people above walking heavily. Restocking could be more efficient at breakfast as they were out of a few items despite early arrival. Our reservation was for four people; however, only two towels were available in the bathroom.

it is odd to get into the hotel parking lot but we eventually found out how to get into the parking lot. I dont eat breakfast but my cousin was with me and he totally enjoyed the breakfast. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower...all in large containers so not so much waste on packaging for the typical hotel samples size.

the grounds have not been kept up weeds growing everywhere

I loved everything about this property. We stayed two weeks while visiting family, and I would have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, staff is amazing, always a great breakfast and two minutes walk to grocery store.

cozy tidy & comfortable beddings and the entire unit. Breakfast food are awesome, the staff Janice is friendly and accommodating. the room is very quiet, i was able to finish my project/work peacefully. i managed to relax after siiting for a long time with the laptop by dipping at the pool, not too much crowd.

The staff are very friendly. Janelle was awesome at the front desk. She did above and beyond to accommodate my request. I visited the hotel 3 times in last 2 months. It was always pleasant. The amenities are also good. The included breakfast is a time saver.

What an amazing hotel. The rooms are very modern and up to date. Staff was great and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of a long day. Having the lobby store for snacks late night was an added bonus

Location was great for getting around but my room backed onto the C train track which made for a noisy few nights

Rooms were clean

Breakfast staff weren’t friendly and the janitor had the mop pail blocking the one side for people to enter the breakfast area. The staff was clocking the time to clear out the food and when I went down at 9:00 there was little food left in the buffet warmers. They were slow in replenishing more food. The oatmeal was clumpy and glue-y.
