I liked pretty much everything in this hotel. Good location, everything is close. The room was nice. Clean. No smell. Good lighting. Everything worked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, great hotel, except one thing (see below).

Water in shower/tub was not hot, just warm. I wasn't able to take a bath to relax. Tried to run water for a while, it didn't help. They either save money on electricity or save their ass in case somebody gets burns from hot water? Silly, but this is all I can think as water in the sink was hot.

The executive suite was much bigger than the picture showed and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

It took 10 minutes for the hot water to fully kick in, but the staff were amazing and sent a maintenance person to the room to sort it out. There was enough cutlery for a two night stay, but I’m sure the staff would’ve sent us more if we had asked.

The hotel is located right on the main road but I couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. Incredibly quiet hotel. I never even heard others in the hallway closing doors, etc. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Beds were comfortable, nice bedding, Keurig machine with coffee/tea/decaf at your fingertips.

There was a vent in the room that wasn't able to be turned off (air exchange). At first I found the sound a little disruptive but after a while you just get used to it.

This is a really nice hotel, great location. Staff at this location were so nice and helpful. Also ate in their restaurant, food was really great. Both servers in the Taps restaurant and Bridges Cafe where very good. Highly recommend this place, great food. And the washroom in Bridges Cafe was so clean, they should win award for how clean it was. I wasn’t in the Taps washroom, but the place was clean.

The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. We ended up eating in the coffee shop and the food was very good, the service excellent.

Not the hotel's fault but we arrived on a Monday and most of the amenities were closed (hence us eating supper in the coffee shop).

Good location, good shape, kept in nice condition. Very clean!! The MOST comfortable beds ever! We were there for the 2024 Airshow and the base was close by.

The restaurant hours say open till midnight but we checked in at 10 pm and it was closed.

We were extremely satisfied with the stay, the room was very clean!

Not free - BUT the restaurant in building was EXCELLENT - both food and staff BEDS very comfortable - get twin queen room for extra space. TV good size 42" (?)

I asked for ground floor,didn’t get it and shower with safely hand bars for handicap people, didn’t get it. And power was off when we arrived. Travelled for a funeral.
