Didn't expect the room to be as large as it was, nor was i expecting a kitchette. Very clean and very spacious. The hot continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day. A very comfortable place to stay. Too bad it was only for 2 nights we stayed. It'd be a great place for extended stays.

The shower had great pressure but sprayed all over the place, and the tub was very narrow. Could probably use new shower heads or give a good descaling.

It has an ample parking space and not too close on the highway or main road. which makes it more safe to leave the vehicle on the parking lot.

It's nice that the booking that i made comes with free breakfast. My only complain is that no one is attending on the breakfast section. and the refill is kinda slow and ends up with long line up of people waiting for refills. I suggest that someone need to check that area every now and then to avoid running out of foods especially on the weekends or peak season where you guys have a lot of guests. that's all.

Our room was very spacious. It had a cute kitchenette, an amazing jetted tub. Bed was spacious and comfortable.

There was some confusion at check out. We had been told it was prepaid when we checked in. At check out they said it wasn't, so we paid the bill.

We were in a room that housed a cat on a prior visit, we knew because we are allergic to them, found animal hair in our bed, and cat toys in the closet. Breakfast at 8am, the eggs were DRIED up. Our key stopped working right after we went for breakfast, kids in tow we had to go back to the desk to fix the key

Location was close to the event we were attending. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! They fulfilled the request I had, and were very quick to respond to an issue we had with the hair dryer. Will be back next year, thank you very much!

All was great!! It was quiet to sleep and a nice big room. The free breakfast was absolutely first class!

The bath towels were like drying off with sandpaper. Very thin and rough.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was very clean. The person at the desk kindly helped me with signing up to earn points and gave us ideas of what to see in Cold Lake. The hotel was easy to find.

The girl at the desk could have been more friendly (didn't reply when greeted in the morning). We were disappointed that we did not see a Gideon Bible placed in the room.

It was sufficient, I would have liked to have seen a little more hot food but overall it was very good!

Pricing could have been more affordable and not enough vegan options in breakfast area Stayed near end of hallway and the slamming of the exit door was alittle annoying while trying to sleep at night.
