Clean, comfortable, up to date. Good breakfast. Nice beds and pillows

Only issue is that our room was near the pool and there was a lot of noise outside our room at all hours … running, crying, shouting, even a child trying to open our door.

The staff and rooms and the complimentary breakfast were all great! The Electric Vehicle Charging is also a bonus as we use the charging when we stay.

WiFi dropped, AC in room stopped nonconducting, but staff was able to get it "half running" during the night

Room was not what we booked. We ordered 1 queen bed business suite with seating area and got 2 queen beds with no seating area. showed front desk but said it was on Booking.com end of things. paid higher price for not the proper room.

On site food is lacking. If not as cold would have walked to something nearby. Pool and pool room were bit cold.

Clean, new and nice! Bed was comfortable and was quiet.

Housekeeping after the first night we stayed showed up to our room, knocked once and just opened the door with no notification that they were housekeeping. Was kinda weird and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was everything I expected; not too much not too little. Coffee was excellent. I always like eggs for a start to a long day and those were available. If you wanted, there was yogurt, cereal, toast of every description and bagels, tea, jam and peanut butter. In other words almost everything you would get at home.

There was nothing that was to dislike.

I am very particular with cleanliness but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean! Staff are nice! Close to food places.

The hotel was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

It was a busy weekend (airshow) and there were only 2 people working the hotel which seemed to be not enough. The wifi was spotty and we had issues getting extra towels for swimming due to staff shortages.

Very comfortable hotel. Checking was quick. Room was spotless. Staff was friendly.
