Our stay at The Blue Grouse Country Inn was fantastic. Regina is a wonderful hostess who prepares a delicious breakfast daily, with a different fresh special each day. The location of the B&B is perfect and right in the middle of Wells Gray PP. You can totally unwind in the beautiful green garden, where there are several seating areas. We also loved the dog Joey and cat Rocky. Also, if you like birds, don't forget your binoculars because there are a lot of birds to see, including several species of hummingbirds. This was definitely our favourite place to stay in Canada!

We had an absolutely excellent stay in the Blue Grouse! The B&B is in a beautiful quiet location along the Wells Gray corridor with stunning scenery. The room was lovely with all the necessary amenities. We had some travel issues and arrived a day later than we intended to, but Mike and Regina were very kind and accomodating. Had an excellent hearty breakfast and loved hearing about and seeing the photo album of their sled dogs! Also loved their friendly dog Joey! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Only wish we could've stayed the two nights we initially planned to stay

The location was great. We were in the self sufficient cabin with 2 comfy singles while our friends were in the inclusive luxury suite with king sized bed, tub etc. We wanted to have breakfast with our friends so we paid the extra. Most people with the cabin wouldn't need this. Hostess Regina was excellent, pleasant, knowledgeable & accommodated my dietary needs. Great location, accommodations, service, & food. A great place to stay in when you visit wonderful Wells Grey Provincial Park.

Perhaps a kitchen sink if you were wanting to be more self sufficient-we didn't need it. There was a sink in the bathroom right next door so it isn't anything serious.

This location is truly exceptional. The host's hospitality is outstanding, encompassing their warm welcome, delightful breakfast, and overall attentiveness. The setting itself is equally remarkable. As you sit on the balcony within a stunning garden, surrounded by the enchanting presence of hummingbirds, you experience a profound connection with nature.

Away from the noise of a town , nicely landscaped and well kept. Quiet and peaceful!Room was great , everything we needed . Their dog and cat were a joy to be around and the humming birds were entertaining! The location was a good starting point for the various waterfalls we wanted to see in Wells Grey Provincial Park.

clean,, quiet and beautiful acreage. close to all the sites we wanted to see. much better than staying in town and commuting on. you get a real feel for the area and the owners are lovely

The chairs were uncomfortable and the mattress was lower than the wooden bed frame. No comfortable place to sit

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was so friendly and gave great advise on hikes, etc. The breakfast was wonderfull! We just loved Blue Brouse Country Inn.
