Great breakfast with lots of choices. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were mostly friendly. Great citrus toiletries. The location to Wells Gray Park is close and convenient.

Upon arrival on a Friday evening we discovered that our TV cable connection and audio constantly cut in and out - badly. It was impossible to watch. The staff member at the desk was friendly and tried multiple things to try to rectify this - unsuccessfully. Maintenance was gone for the weekend so our 3 night stay was without TV 🙁. Really quite annoying!!

We had a great experience staying at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. The service was excellent — staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options that were well-stocked and fresh. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything neat. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

We had an extremely spacious suite in immaculate condition, well fitted out and with a lovely comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and there was an excellent restaurant within easy walking distance.

Our room was chilly given the season and we had to rely on noisy a/c units in heat mode to warm up the room. Surprised that a nearly new hotel didn’t have better heating and more focus on energy conservation. Breakfast was very much a selection of ultra processed food and masses of single use plastic with no recycling even for paper plates. I understand labour shortages but Best Western are a large chain that can and should be doing more for energy conservation, recycling and unnecessary plastic usage.

Nice place very new smelling even big room as well nice balcony we were on the backside facing the KOA Not the highway didn't hear the traffic and the breaky was really good for free breakfast 😀

Was so happy to see ice machine on every floor most have every second floor but of course it was outa order lol no biggie made me laugh

Excellent quality very large rooms, the hotel must be fairly new as everything was finished to a high standard Great value for money A bit of a surprise really, we were not expecting much and were just staying for 1 night while passing through

I did not realise breakfast was included so it was a bonus but it was very poor quality, loads of plastic packaging on everything and nowhere near enough seating space for the number of guests so we ended up sitting on a sofa in reception with breakfast on our knees. We would have been better off going elsewhere for a proper breakfast in a more comfortable environment.

Light spacious check in area + friendly staff, very clean + modern. Rooms were equally as nice, spacious, light, clean + relaxing after a busy day to come back + chill. Nice layout to the room with table + sofa + tv . All essentials such as fridge + kitchenette, lovely fresh towels + toiletries, + well equipped laundrette. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub + pool were closed but that did not spoil our stay. Well situated for all sightseeing in the area with wells gray park information centre across the way to help make with all your sightseeing, and plenty of places to eat + socialise. Breakfast was excellent in a light spacious dinning room. All in all we would stay again and would highly recommend. Karen + Tony north wales u.k.

Hotel is about 2-3 years new so everything is pretty fresh. Lobby is bright and nicely furnished. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. Room is very spacious and beds are comfortable.

Only one elevator so it could take time to wait for it during busy time. No onsite restaurant, but again there are some places to eat within walking distance.

Breakfast was pretty decent. My king sized room was huge and comfy. They allowed an early check in which was so nice cuz I was there for a wedding and needed to get ready early. Rebecca at the front desk was helpful and lovely. Was just a good experience all round.

The quality of the toiletries was average but this is a small issue. Normally I bring my own so really, that's on me. The hot tub was closed, not sure if it was for maintenance or for the season. It was pretty chilly so it would've been nice to be available.

THEY really mean PLUS @ Best Western Gateway… It’s lovely to have a clean, new, modern option in Clearwater… where typical accommodation in this area tends to be dated, more along the eclectic, rustic charm side… not so much on modern comfort. (I love rustic charm myself, but it’s not for everyone). Yes, you pay more for what you get… but what you get is a PLUS plus!! The HUGE rooms with practical kitchenette’s, luxury linens, mattress’ & 6 pillows per bed! Plus… extra towels for the X-Large shower… a complimentary hot breakfast, and very pleasant staff… make for a reasonable stay.

The Vinyl flooring in room - I like the idea of clean and sterile flooring vs carpeting, however having no mats at all in the room, was uncomfortable to me. Either provide a front door and bedside mat, to wipe off gritty, dirty shoes & feet, or provide slippers to keep bedding and white towels clean and white! I had no choice but use bath towels to wipe my feet before getting into bed!!

We really liked everything EXCEPT for the tiny ,close to the floor toilets! Ridiculous why the new construction of public buildings, hotels/ Inns , and some others install close to the floor toilets that an average 5’5’ individual has issues with squatting to use.
